Certainly better than Goldsmiths.
This was a major purchase for me and Luke impressed with his communications, professionalism, enthusiasm and reassurance. A much better experience than my local Goldsmiths branch.

Great experience purchasing my first…
Great experience purchasing my first Rolex. After enquiring with a few other shops beforehand who were either time wasters or didn't have the stock, I finally came across LBJ through Google. Contacted them to see if they had the reference I wanted in stock, which they did but it was on order for someone else but was told I could come down and try it on before it leaves. Which I did!!! Met the team, 2 decent blokes from Nottingham!! I was able to source the watch I wanted in 2-4 days. When I went back to pick up the watch, I was given some Prosecco!! Great experience!!! Better than going into some of the AD's and looked at like a piece dirt LOL.
Would 100% purchase another watch from here for the missus ..... if she behaves herself!!!!

First time purchasing from this website…
First time purchasing from LBJ very pleased with how easy the process was only ordered a few little accessories but smooth purchase. But then I got a call from Luke down in the shop about my order saying there was no labeled watch cases left but then he sorted it strait away with some other alternative for me really appreciate little things like this top man thank you.👍 I shall be ordering again in the future n referring any friends to them.🤝

Best service and best deal. Solid advice and knowledge too.
I spotted the watch I was after and emailed interest. Luke returned to me swiftly--even though he was in the US on holiday. He arranged for Harrison to meet me on the 2nd Jan to pick up the watch: Seemless, excellent service. Prompt, professional and a very happy customer. So much so that I bought two watches. NOTE: They didn't 'upsell' me an additional watch; I simply asked about one I'd seen for my wife and decided to buy it.
Would I use LBJ again and/or recommend them? 100% without question.

Flawless service
I recently purchased a watch from LBJ Watches. From my initial exploration of their website to leaving the premises a happy customer, every step of the process was smooth and easy. After my initial enquiry, Harrison got in touch to arrange a time for me to visit their site in London and provided lots of photos so i could see the watch before proceeding. On the day of collection, Harrison was incredibly helpful and provided me with lots of useful information about the watch. A special touch was being congratulated on my landmark purchase. All in all, the whole experience felt very special

Rolex Datejust 41 Azzuro
Luke and Harrison are absolutely phenomenal. It was by far the best buying experience, with absolutely no pressure. It was relaxed and I was proactively offered to try on a few options. Luke spent a considerable amount of time with me (which I truly appreciate) and talked me through various watches. This was such an emotional experience and whilst the must see this day in day out, Luke & Harrison were very patient and supportive with me, in fact this enabled me to make up my mind and select this piece. I had my wife and the kids with me and they welcomed us all to the store. Thanks a ton team LBJ, I will be back for the Pepsi soon :)
