LBJ Watches Avis

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Submariner No Date 2024 (124060) from LBJ Watches, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I also part-exchanged my 2023 Sea-Dweller, which I loved but found to be too big for my small wrists.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for my visit. The service provided by Luke and Harrison was nothing short of exceptional. They truly embody what you hope to find in a reputable watch dealer: knowledge, patience, and a genuine passion for watches.

Luke took the time to explain the intricacies of the Submariner and how it would fit my wrist size and lifestyle, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me a watch; he was invested in making sure I found the perfect piece that matched my personal style and preferences.

What stood out to me was the absence of pressure to make a purchase immediately. Instead, the focus was on creating a comfortable atmosphere where I could explore my options.

The price I received for my Sea-Dweller was fantastic, making my decision to purchase the Submariner an easy one. The transparency in pricing and the willingness to discuss options was refreshing and made the entire experience feel trustworthy.

Thank you, Luke, Harrison, and Danielle, for your warm hospitality and expertise during my visit. I will definitely be returning to LBJ Watches for my next watch! If you’re in the market for a luxury timepiece, I highly recommend visiting them for an experience that goes beyond just buying a watch.

Couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received form Harrison whilst purchasing a Rolex Submariner.

Great communication throughout the watch buying process. The watch arrived very quickly. A small issue with the size of the bracelet was swiftly resolved. Would definitely buy from LBJ again in the future.

The watch (Tudor Ranger) arrived on Friday as promised - thankyou.
I'm sure you hear this all the time, but it's nerve-wracking thing to send large amounts of money to people you don't know for luxury items that we don't really need, but both Luke and Harrison provided an really excellent service. Efficient, polite and knowledgeable. As a self-employed business owner myself I know how much those qualities matter to customers.
I love my watch, even though my wife has yet to be persuaded - the beginning of my mid-life crisis apparently, and hope to get many years of pleasure from wearing it.
Thanks again, Sam

Recently made the first of which I hope will be more purchases from the brilliant Harrison and Luke.
