From my first conversation with LB Telecom, the service has been absolutely brilliant.
We had an issue with our current provider, and the internet had lost sight of line signal, not only did LB Telecom quickly offer an alternative solution, they did it at a much more competitive price! They swiftly had us back up and running in no time. The whole team have been fantastic, and I cannot rate them highly enough. Extremely invested
Came to Shane, without a direct contract enquiry, from an issue with 'Comparethenetworks.com' (def don't go there), it is a refreshing change to have real support from anyone in online services these days and, despite it not being his problem, Shane was brilliant, directing and supporting me, telling me where to look for information and how to progress my issues. Great chap, I wish him well and would highly recommend him.

Absolute pleasure working with Shane
Absolute pleasure working with Shane. Not being very tech savvy I'm always cautious when having to up date my company mobiles as theres always some feature or app that I end up losing that I think will be automatically there that isn't. Shane talked me through the usage and requirements and suggested a couple of possible choices so not to bombard me with information. Highly recommend having a chat.

Not your usual Telecoms company!
Had a call from Shane, at first I thought it was yet another call from a telecoms company! boy was I wrong. As our supplier, Shane realised these call were an issue for me and put me on the TPS, there and then. he hadn't called to speak with me, but still took the time to sort this out for me. Can't ask or pay for better service. What a star!

Works hard for their clients
Wild Bank Primary School have been using LB Telecom for over 10 years and, during this time, they have always provided us with a consistently outstanding service. The support they provide, especially given the nature of our business, is efficient and prompt and the team always go the extra mile. We have recently upgraded our telephone system and Lawrence found a solution for us that was tailored to our needs and was hugely cost effective. The installation process, led by Mitch, was simple and unintrusive and training was given on the system on set up. The whole team are exceedingly knowledgeable and always strive to give excellent service. Great response from L B Telecom
Recently I had a problem with the reception on my mobile. I was getting a message that was stopping calls in and out. I managed to get a message to Lawrence at LB and he responded without delay. Getting one of his employees to get in touch with me and within a short time. He had my phone working again. Thank you for the prompt response.

Exceptional service from the very start…
Exceptional service from the very start of moving my telecoms and internet services to LB Telecom, from my first conversation with the Managing Director Lawrence he made me feel at ease and stress free by liaising with my old provider on number porting and retrieving information which I didn’t understand. The installation process by Mitch and his engineering team were to a very high standard and we had very little down time. As a company. I can’t thank the LB Telecom Team enough for there service.
