Wish I had checked trustpilot before buying. Delivery time was 4 weeks.
And what a joke!! Bought two bras, and they are definitely NOT true to size and bad quality. What a waste of money.

Despite ordering two identical bras in the same size, the nude version arrived two sizes larger than the black one. Delivery took almost four weeks. All those viral reviews are clearly paid for. Overpriced and unreliable. Save your money.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, returned an order in the 14days given only for them not to take the return from the delivery service & to send back to me. Tried contacting them on all platforms with no response. So now having to pay for the rest of my order that 1 was not the right size & 2 1 no longer have. Stay clear from this please absolute scammers

I ordered a simple bra. It took 2.5 weeks for the package to arrive. The package contained an entirely different item! I immediately followed the instructions to initiate a return. The link always would not open, or it would not allow the QR code to print. After 7 emails with this company promising me assistance; I went to my credit card holder for assistance

I purchased two tops from Luna on January 23rd, but I still haven’t received my order. The delivery deadline has long passed, and I can no longer find the company’s website.

This has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
I do not recommend this store. Please be careful and avoid purchasing.

This is a scam, the goods come from China and are complete rubbish. The return costs almost 30 euros. I got the address of a virtual office in England where the products are returned. They use AI-assisted customer service.

I ordered two of their bras based on the excellent advwrtusement onlibe. The product is beyond rubbish. Quality and support are as cheap and bad as I can describe. So so disapointing.

Ordered 15th January, nothing ever came! Sent email after email and they claim 48-72 hour response nothing.. I just want my money back for items I never even received - massive scam of a company!
As soon as I sent an email stating I’ll be going through my bank they reissued my order… lo and behold that still hasn’t come! They state UK is 5WD - lie item comes from china direct AVOID

Product advertised made in USA... it's shipped from.china and also made in China.
Selling products you can buy for 3€ on shein and temu for 200x the price. In fact worse quality than what i got on shein.
Do not use them they are scammers

My first order was fab - just the leggings I’d been looking for, I was so pleased. Second order, they sent me old stock which were nothing like the first lot of leggings I’d received. I returned the leggings, paid return postage, and now the company aren’t responding to my emails, neither have a received a refund. This has gone on for nearly 2 months. Avoid this company, there are so many better gymwear brands to order from.

Absolute scam, avoid avoid avoid. Ordered on the 4th, still hasn’t arrived. Can’t get any response at all from them and they delete any comments I make on social media. Cannot stress enough to NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I’d checked the trust pilot reviews first.

I ordered the red light therapy device. IT worked great at first then it started SHOCKING the heck out of my face. Pretty sad this company doesn't give refunds on their crappy products. SHAME!

Absolutely awful company. DO NOT USE. I spent over £100.00 for 3 items. They arrived 5 weeks later. Terrible quality. Asked to return and get a refund but was refused as the items were 'sale' items. ALL ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE NOTED AS SALE ITEMS so basically you will have huge difficulty in obtaining any refund. They are definitely a scam company.
