Lead Elite has contacted me and offered to give me another 3 months. Since this is my only recourse I will give it a second try and see if they come through this time. I will submit another review based on this.

They Just Didn't Deliver :(

I cautiously decided to work with Lead Elite to handle some lead generation for my real estate business in South Florida. I saw good reviews on Trustpilot and wanted to stir up business while I waited for new transactions to close. I initially spoke via Zoom with Josh/Abdulla, and he convinced me that I would get great leads within 10 days. There was an initial setup fee, but since they charged once I closed a transaction, I figured if it didn't work, we would both lose.

Over the next few months, I received poor lead after poor lead. These people had lied about their names, were difficult to reach, or were just not ready to actually purchase a house. I am so disappointed with the results because it was a great waste of time and money for me.

I gave them two stars because when I wrote extensive notes on each lead, they responded every time with more promises that it would get better. Everyone in the office was pleasant and very quick to respond, but despite their courteous behavior, I still didn't get what I trusted them to do: find me closable leads to generate business.

I had guarded optimism that this company was legit, but I'm sad to report it's a duck. I can't quite tell if Lead Elite is a scam, or simply uninterested in honoring their commitments. I purchased the Realtor Elite subscription, July 3 and have not received a single lead. I did receive contact information for a homeowner that had no interest in selling, so I do not consider that a sales lead. When I expressed my concern, the lead generation team assured me they would work on providing better leads. The only other communication from the company is an email claiming the delay in fulfilling their lead commitment is because of severe weather. However, there has been no severe weather in my area. I've reached out to the company only to receive a patronizing email, from Sundus Burki, much like their responses to the other poor reviews. Jason Coleman and Joshua Burke were quite hands on during the sales and onboarding process, but emails bounce and they no longer answer texts. Realtors are sadly a target of bad actors and these are very good at presenting as legit.

I would not recommend getting involved with Lead Elite. I have been a customer for about 2 months and have received only 4 leads. All were dead ends, they even sent me a listing lead that was already on the MLS! I listened to one of their calls with a potential buyer and the LE agent was horrible. He asked questions with a stale and unappealing voice and never asked the questions they told me they were asking like are you pre-qualified They sent me leads that were no where near my zip codes and most stated they were looking in the 250-300k range. On the emails they sent me they said they only work with 500k and above clients
After signing up I received 2 more texts trying to get my business and one said a 20% referral fee and the other said 15%????
This company truly has no clue how to generate quality leads. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere!!

I received the amount of new leads they promised. The leads had been contacted by Lead Elite first and helped the door be opened for communicate

My past experience with paid leads was a lot quicker conversion rate. I decided to do a 6 month trial with the expectation of receiving well vetted leads in both my markets. I have received 15 to 20 leads and a small fraction of them are in the market to buy, sell, or Invest. Some leads are poorly vetted. I would not consider them leads. I have experience working with other paid lead startups that referred customers ready to buy or sell, which then became clients. My expectations are high I suppose, and my goal is to convert at least one lead of the few that were open to working with a Realtor. Customer service is excellent, but they could improve the qualifying process of their lead referrals. I'm finishing my first term with them and will evaluate the cost efficiency at that point.

Lead Elite is true to their word. One month in and I’m on lead 4. They are 3-6 months out on the buying/ listing timeline- all but one have been responsive. I’m happy with the communication process and would love to see these leads convert to closing clients!

I have received two leads so far at 1 month in & as of now the 1st lead did not respond but the second appears to be a good lead that could turn into listing their current home & helping them find a new home. Appointment has been made and home eval has been scheduled. I have been assured that the previous lead that did not respond will be replaced. I look forward to the future continued partnership with lead elite and I'm excited to see what happens with upcoming leads.

So far most of the leads have responded and turned into appointments. Keep bringing those leads!

Updated - 7/24/24 - I was concerned about leaving a review so quickly & it was for good reason. The lead quality does not match the promised terms in the Realtor Elite program that I paid for. Poor quality is an understatement but their team insists that they are legitimate prospects. As agents, it is impossible to bring leads to closed transactions when the leads are not vetted per the agreement and/or appropriately.

I have received one lead so far & as of now it appears to be a good lead that could turn into listing their current home & helping them find a new home.

If I can put -10 I would. First 2 weeks Joshua Burke was calling me 3 times a week just to sign up. When I signed up the first 2 weeks, I was getting really, really bad leads for example buyer wants to buy a single-family home in Orlando for $ 60,000 cash. Impossible and they call this as a lead. Few leads they send me were impossible leads and the leads don't even pick up the phone. I did not get a lead for a month now. I got only one for vacant lot which I told them I don't do. Joshua was calling me and pushing me to write a good review and he would give me good leads. I would NOT recommend this Company to anybody. The leads are very, very bad.

I signed up March, 2024 after Joshua Burke spent much valuable time with me answering all of my questions. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, a good listener and passionate about his job. Krystal was great in quick replies to requests I had or needed taking care of; They make a good team! Sundus Burki with customer success has been professional in communicating with me-superior support system. I have received 4 leads thus far ~ my first lead just went under contract on a $870,000 property! Yay! I am very glad I signed up with Lead Elite, LLC and to be with Joshua's team.

I signed up with LeadElite on 2-25, on Tuesday 2-27 received my first Lead, and again on Wednesday 2-28, I received another Lead way ahead of schedule. The Leads have answered the phone and welcome my call.

Update 3:
I did end up renewing, they have provided a reasonable amount of leads despite my initial bad experience. I have yet to close a lead from them yet but that might also be compounding with their approach to catch leads early, and the slow market conditions. I will continue updating until I close one of their leads.

Update 2:
I know this is getting to be a very long review, but I’ll keep updating as my thoughts and opinions progress. Joshua has started to send me some new leads, but it took some time. I will attest to the quality of lead improving slightly. I will keep updating as we go on.

So I’m going to leave my previous review here unless there is a true change, but the manager for my account reached back out to me to help rectify this issue. I also want to emphasize that Lead Elite’s customer support is superb and Joshua Burke who is who I deal with is phenomenal at his job. We have just had difficulties with what I wrote earlier.

So, I’m 1/3 of the way through my first quarter with Lead Elite and I wouldn’t believe any of there claims on lead frequency or potential. At the time I signed on they promised a lead within the first 7 days, it took 3 weeks for them to deliver 1, and that I would receive 3-5 exclusive leads a month, that they have verified as being ready to go buyers and sellers. I have received 2 leads and the first one was already in a contract with another realtor she was happy with, and the second one they they say they verified, didn’t have a phone number and was just an email. So I would say they may work for some, and I’m probably going to keep going for the quarter. But after that unless they really step up and live up to there promises, I won’t be renewing.

Update: Joshua is very passionate about trying to keep the customer happy, but my overall experience with LeadElite has been less than stellar.

When I originally signed up, I was made to feel that their company already had leads available in my area and just needed a realtor to work those leads. I was told they would provide 4-5 leads per month and that the leads would be verified buyers and/or sellers who were ready to take action within 60 days. In the 3 months that I was with LeadElite, I was provided 3 leads (many less than originally promised), two of which never responded to multiple communication attempts and another who finally replied after LeadElite followed up with them again to then find out they were actually not interested in using a realtor to list their property.

My opinion would be to not use LeadElite as a method of sourcing real estate leads

Previous feedback: Joshua has been very responsive to my concerns about the leads I've been provided to this point. He is truly concerned about customer satisfaction and making things a beneficial for the customer.

It was worthwhile

I recently signed up to use leads from Lead Elite. They are very responsive to my needs and have been easy to work with. As a result, in my first month, I have received two solid leads that I have been following up with. No closings yet, but I expect they will come in 2024. Thanks to Joshua and Krystal and everyone on the Lead Elite team.
