Absolutely shocking service on the purchase of my home.

0 contact throughout the process, they 'misplaced and could not find' my £21,000 and nothing could be done until they transfered it to the seller of the property, I.e I sent them money, and they lost it.

They also on the last possible day of completion of sale through auction conveniently 'forgot' to bill me for an additional £900 and would not hand the keys over until I had paid this.

My 'point of contact' if you could even call him that was a person called Jack, and he was less than helpful at every single turn.

I would actively avoid this law firm, I have steered anyone and everyone away from here for any reason they need legal services purely on the absolute shambles I had to deal with.

And after all of this I spoke to the manager/director of the company, which of course was nothing but a waste of time, I would happily pay over the odds to go anywhere else for my future legal needs.

I had an excellent experience working with Raju throughout my property purchase. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient, which made a huge difference during what can often be a stressful process.

Raju always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was kept updated throughout. No matter how many questions I had, he was always approachable, reassuring, and happy to help. His communication was excellent, and he dealt with any issues swiftly and efficiently as soon as they arose.

What really stood out to me was his dedication during completion day. He made sure he was available throughout the entire day, keeping me informed and ensuring everything progressed as smoothly as possible. 13 weeks ago Myself & partner started looking at properties.

Fast forward to now, we have just received the keys to our first property.

Taking the step onto the property ladder felt daunting & we weren't exactly sure what to expect.

The solicitors were brilliant really helpful especially Burgil Akar. Would definitely recommend their service and would use them again when purchasing future properties.

This was our first (and hopefully not last) experience with Leadenhall Law. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole process. After quotation and terms agreement process, we were assigned a dedicated solicitor (Jade).
She was expedient, easy to reach - both via e:mail and phone. Platform that is used for clients, solicitor and the real estate agency is quite useful - visually easy to understand, all documents are in one place, helpful to track progress of key steps.

On a positive note, I was very surprised to see Jade's responses during weekends and late in the evening - haven't seen this level of dedication in the UK before in professional services.

Budget and additional expenses were transparent, no major surprises popped during the process of property buying.

Funds transfer worked smoothly both in case of deposit and final payment on completion.
