No one answered or came back to me.

I called the Norwich office three times over a week to get a house quote. It just rang out, I wonder if anyone works in the Norwich office.

A friend had said they were ok, so thought I would keep trying.

I thought I would try the online form on their website, filled it in and sent my request, no reply, did it once more.

That was over two weeks ago, and still nothing, for a big company, it makes you wonder if there is anyone there.

Really poor and completely ignored me for a quote, can only imagine what they will be like if they were actually doing my transactions!

Extremely professional and efficient. I am a first time buyer and Johnny Sherrington and Georgia Nottage were fantastic. They guided me through the process, provided regular updates and were extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt recommend them enough.

Alpa and Delke were a fast and responsive conveyancing team. Initial contact was with Alpa, then majority with Delke. The buyer's solicitor contributed to the process being drawn out and stressful. Delke was highly professional and helpful throughout. She was patient, yet persistent and thorough and always friendly and understanding when I needed to vent my frustration! She is an asset to the company.

Only a couple of things I wasn't happy with - lack of clarity/transparency over a couple of the charges and had to wait two days to receive the money I was due from my sale from the accounts team.

Jacob Clarke was excellent. Very responsive and in control.

I engaged Leadenhall to represent me in the sale of a property, following a recommendation from the estate agent. Unfortunately, I now greatly regret that decision. The lead conveyancer, Michael McNally, demonstrated a lack of professionalism—initially ignoring my emails and later responding with personal reasons for the delay, citing that he was assisting his mother following a hip replacement.

Although the sale was completed in August last year and Leadenhall marked the matter as 100% complete on their tracker, this is not the case. Fourteen months later, I still have not received the Share Certificate for the property. Despite numerous follow-ups, responses from Leadenhall have been slow, inconsistent, or entirely absent.

At this point, I have lost all confidence in Leadenhall’s ability to manage this matter competently. They have consistently failed to take accountability or any meaningful action to resolve the outstanding issue and bring the process to a proper conclusion

We purchased a flat in London and completed on 17th January 2025, and our experience with this firm was nothing short of frustrating from start to finish.

Communication was terrible throughout the entire process.

We had to chase repeatedly for updates by email and phone, and even then, responses were slow and unhelpful.

The completion statement contained multiple mistakes, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even identify them, we had to go through the figures ourselves to find the errors.

It often felt as though they simply passed along whatever the seller’s solicitors sent, without bothering to check or verify.

At every stage, we felt that the seller’s solicitors had the upper hand, and our own representatives never made us feel reassured or properly supported.

We dealt mainly with Shrina and Dyar, but unfortunately, neither offered the level of care or attention we expected.

After completion, we discovered an additional issue over £500 adjustment for the seller’s heating and hot water bill.

When we contacted our solicitors to help resolve it, we were told they had to prioritise other clients and could only “chase” the other side.

This attitude just confirmed what we had felt all along: that they were not acting with our best interests in mind.

Overall, terrible customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company and finding a solicitor who genuinely represents you and takes your case seriously
