Unfortunately Leaders Hove is one of the worst estate agents I have dealt with as a tenant and the landlady also removed property management with Leaders due to consistent miscommunications, failing to deliver on management services multiple times, still have not received deposit which landlady has approved - again due to poor management and lack of proactiveness, £2000 deposit so it’s no small amount. Really is a terrible estate agent.

Rebecca Jones has been a complete champion, has dealt with my tenants and myself with calm and efficient diligence for several years.

Leaders service has deteriated in recent months. Our tenant is constantly being advised her rental is late when she has paid and produced receipt. Landlord is receiving rental late and this month over 10 days late. Leaders need to improve communication, processes and service.

Just wanted to leave a thank you for Matthew Jelley at Leaders on Western Road, the most helpful team member I’ve come across, he went out of his way to provide information that I needed after I had ended tenancy through them in order to supply another company with information. I’m very grateful for his hard work and perseverance especially as this was after business with leaders had finished. Thank you Matthew! You really made a difference for me.

I let leaders manage my rental property and they fail to check up on their repairs, they charged me over £100 for someone to put some sealant around the bath, it was a shocking job and my six year old grandson could have done better, they failed to resolve issue and I had to do it myself in the end, not what one would expect from a large company such as leaders, but looking at the reviews on here it is sadly normal.

We recently dealt with the sales team at Leaders Western Road when purchasing our new flat. Our experience was very positive throughout and although there was a change of staff initially, each of the people we encountered at the branch who helped us along the way were all courteous, professional and a genuine pleasure to deal with. Our thanks to Luke especially who was only too happy to help with any query, going above and beyond when needed, dealing with matters extremely promptly in a calm manner.. we always had complete confidence in trusting him to get things done. I called up to ask to view a property for £895 . The person who answered was very rude and insensitive the way he spoke. He told me I can’t view the property unless I earn 28,000 a year even with a permanent contract.

If he had explained well that’s going to be fine but I can’t even remember stuff work even in the council earn this a year in some departments as I am aware of, I have no idea if that’s how everyone be able to rent no one can, anyway awful service how so ever rude and asking you to pay upfront while you have permanent contract and 100% afford the property monthly

I sold my flat through Leaders. They were very helpful and professional. I got an offer within hours of the advert going live. I have now successfully sold the flat. Thank you to Kay and her team.
