Lisa from the Loughborough section was amazing and helped out quickly! Was very pleasant on the phone and professional. Would definitely recommend leaders as an estate agents.

All the team are good to work with and provide a first class service. Recently Lisa W has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion and ensured a positive outcome for us and our tenants

I am a landlord and Leaders have been looking after my property for many years. Recently I have had a change of tenant and with it came some issues but Lisa Wheadon has dealt with the issues professionally and promptly and in a manner that has reassured me as the landlord and reassured the tenant as well. She kept me up to date daily and answered all my queries and questions, and worked hard to achieve the outcome we were all happy with. I hope she continues to remain as my property manager as I don't want anyone else!!

1/ If dealing with sales department in Loughborough, you would want to avoid the one with a first name starting by J. (I won't name him in full, because Trustpilot have some guidelines on privacy).
2/ Most other people I dealt with in this company are pretty much "ok", but if your expectations are very high and you expect to be dealing with a top level firm matching their name ("Leaders"), then you have to adjust your expectations, at least for the time being (Q1 2025).

Have been a tenant in a Leaders managed property for the past 5 years. Repairs & issues have always been resolved quickly and without fuss. Just moved out (Jan 2025) and the agent Lisa W was even good enough to pick up some boxes we had inadvertently left behind which contained personal possessions. Many thanks for all your help. Being a tenant with Mia Mullen at Leaders (Quorn and Loughborough) , as our property manager has been so easy, her communication and responsiveness has been fantastic. From application through to the end of our agreement dealing with Mia has been a brilliant experience - highly recommend Leader’s services to both tenants and Landlords alike!

From the start of my tenancy to the end, Leaders have always been fantastic. All questions and any problems I had were dealt with quickly with little or no disruption to me.
Mia has been my point of contact as the property manager, and she was excellent at dealing with anything I needed.
I would not hesitate to recommend leaders to someone looking to rent.

This is by far the most disrespectful agency I have ever dealt with. they have regular check through the year, I have informed them when they come inside my room to take their shoes off. and I left note, and before they entered my room she called me to get my consent to enter I respectfully asked to take off her shoes before she enters my room. she replied yes that fine, guess what she entered my room with her shoes

I'm very happy with my Property Manager, Charlotte Roberts. She is easy to reach out to and she is always prompt in answering or resolving any queries that I might have.

I want to acknowledge one very specific Leaders property manager whom I have been working with for some time. This is, Jade Brasiewicz, who impresses me as one of the best operators in the lettings team. Jade is a patient and courteous manager and I have no hesitation recommended her to other landlords. Having had about 9 previous property managers within the Branch over a short period of time and I was well rewarded to have been allocated Jade. She has had to take responsibility for the many challenging activities that come up when managing an HMO, and she has done so willingly and with good heart. The 5-star review is specifically for Jade, she deserves the recognition

Charlotte provided good communication whilst dealing with a recent problem with the property.
