Honestly, I was bit unsure about the company in the begining so I did couple of trial orders with them and to my surprise I actually found their services good value for the price paid. The leads were well responsive and shown genuine interest. Overall, I am quite happy with the results so far and would surely recommend them to anyone looking for decent set of leads to boost business. Way to go LB!

I have known of LEADSBANK for well over 10 years! And have bought fully compliant OPT IN telephone survey leads, data and Hotkeys at a variety of different organisations for a number of different clients.
I have always found them great to deal with, granted in marketing not everything works and one needs to understand it is all in the ‘test’. That ethos should be considered with all new lead generators.
From my experience they seem extremely compliant & I have never had a TPS complaint. I have seen inside their main contact centres and offices remotely, and I could tell how well they look after their teams it was vibrant and impressive. Definitely worth a punt!
Don't waste your money. Absolute waste of time. Took upfront payment. Could deliver a single valid lead lots of crap data sending to ICO. Taking to court.

Scammers, i paid for a service and didn't get anything in return, they hire a call answering company so you can never reach them. you'll waste your money using them honestly

Never even heard of these cowboys and we get a county court claim from them....go figure.
Called their office, very unprofessional, never a Director around. Emailed them twice no response. Steer clear, cowboy alert!!!!
These leads are a compliance nightmare. Customers are transferred with little or no idea of what to expect. The transfer is done by agents whose English is very poor and the transfer itself is rushed.
After a whole day of severe technical problems and bad transfers we tried to pause the service so we could resolve. the issue.
Unfortunately reception could get me through to anyone that could help for 6 hours !! Reception where sarcastic and rude and it seems that they all work from a call centre in India.
To put a cherry on the cake not one person through out the whole experience got my name right. Challenging name Paul
