Pretty basic
Pretty basic. Multichoice test with three chances, same questions each time with three possible answers! If you write down the answers it would be impossible to fail.

Accessibility and communication
It was easy to sign up and access the course. I had a question so emailed the contact email and had an answer within minutes. Very helpful. Saying that I still haven't received my certificate. Date of course Wednesday 25 October.

Renewed my course
When I called Learning 247. They have understood my needs for renewing my existing courses and I am happy that my problem has been resolved. I hope to pass my Comptia a+ 1101 and 1102 exam to get myself a better job of becoming an IT technician. Thanks
