Have found the oven cleaning course to be very informative with lots of tips. Worth the money.

We started with Explore Learning in Staines one month ago,I can defenetely see my daughter more confident with her homeworks and she is totally enjoing each week's Session.

Very simple course. Some spelling mistakes in the material

good course and easy to get through. Give the basic general knowledge and points in right direction where to start oven cleaning.

The exams are not included with the training I bought. The website could have been clearer.

I don't really remember what I did as I am not technology minded but I obviously did it right as I have now started a course. It remains to be seen how well I will get on.

There was no problem registering for the course . I received my confirmation emails and log in details .

When I went to log in I had a problem , phoned for someone to talk me through as I'm not 100 % great with technology.
I explained I had to do the course that day as got time off work for it.
Was told someone would phone me back as no one was available at that moment
After 2hrs and stressing I eventually managed to log in by myself.
This was on Monday 23rd November it is now Friday and still waiting for call back. Although it's a bit late now for someone to call.

Great course, easy to understand, access for 12 months

i have just completed the End of Life/palliative care course it was excellent.

The learning package was very informative.

I required a padeatric first aid course as a requalification for my volunteer role to train first aid to youth leaders.
The course sufficed but be aware the course is in two sections from birth- toddler, then to early teenage years.
There were a couple of questions in the final quiz that were ambiguous.
In the eyes of the law for youth work a child / young person remains classed as a child upto the age of 18 for safeguarding. Also sometimes the physical size of a child needs to be considered rather than being age specific.
The question on overhead high voltage was also dubious as the distance to keep clear depends on the voltage going through the cables, which a first aider wouldn't know, plus how far the electrical current was arching.
Usually in this situation the best advice would be to wait for the overhead cables to be turned off or more realistically, if you can't go past Danger without putting yourself at risk then call the emergency services and let the professionals deal with any casualty.
The course was more realistically priced, and I'm fortunate enough to be able to conduct my practical demonstrations to my team leader as a volunteer.
