Learning Cloud Avis 84

I started the floristry course about 6 months ago. Firstly my boxes didn’t arrive and then my flowers didn’t arrive and I had to chase them up myself as they were taking over a month to arrive each time. Read the 270 pages of floristry basics and then had to start the video lessons which were hard to see and hard for a beginner to see and understand. The whole course is extremely old fashioned and most of the arrangements that have to be completed would never need to be arranged in a florist shop today. The course goes through the Floral Art School and I think that is the main problem. Faye the lady in charge has not been in contact with me for months and I have had to work things out for myself and now decided not to complete the course and waste my time. Although the lady at learning cloud was nice and very helpful. I had to buy the fake flowers through the floral art school and was not aware of how expensive they would be until I’d paid for the rest of the course. The flowers are $250 a term on top of the course costing. I would not recommend this course to my worse enemy. Do not do this course if you want to be a florist, find another course other than the Floral art school/learning cloud. It’s left me out of pocket and no closer to being a qualified florist. Waste of time and money.

I am studying a Diploma in Agriculture with Learning Cloud NZ. I am very happy with this course. The payment plan makes it accessible, the customer service is the best I have ever had, and the tutors reply very quickly to questions. The way you learn with this system is by your own efforts to further your own understanding. The assessments give you a framework to work within to learn. This is not 'find answer in material, put answer in assignment'. I have done many courses in the NZQA framework and Learning Cloud is much, much better for actual learning and understanding. I would liken it to the second or third year of a degree course in terms of the mental effort you need to expend, but it is very accessible. People who struggle to be self-directed may not find this way of learning to be good for them, but it works very well for me. I am working, raising a family and studying for an NZQA certificate at the same time as studying for my diploma with Learning Cloud. I expect the diploma to take me 4-5 years to complete at my current pace, but it is me who is setting the pace. The student user interface is not the best I have seen, but it is functional and not confusing. This is more than made up for by the quick communication and great customer service.

Most expensive Ebook ever! Not a course. Nothing but reading, no teaching, Wikipedia gives that for free. With pictures for examples So boring! Lots of waffle about wolves, The customer service only thing in their favour. And you most certainly will need it! Site layout is fussy, as well

am currently completing abnormal psychology. jasmine erridge hasn't given up on me since i first sent for a free info back online one evening and now im comfortably settled into the program things are going good. i was supposed to be doing adolescent psychology but due to family hu-ha's, i had to pause, luckily cause it gave me an insight into what i really want to be doing, my next program will be advanced psychology and then after that? well. possibilities are going to be endless. learning cloud is great. everything is set at your pace, you learn how you want too when you want too. i recommend this course for people who are working full time but are looking to further their education. actually, scratch that. i recommend it for anyone that cant be bothered sitting in a lecture all day.

I did the criminal psychology course, this helped me decide on what I want to do at university next year. Ths course gave me a lot of insight on topics that I had never thought deeply about. It was so interesting every topic was different and required a lot of thinking to do the assessments.

I chose two Garden Courses for my business.
Josie helped me in every way possible and I got to the point of starting my studies.

An unfortunate and very sensitive problem arose in my family which meant I could not continue my studies.

Josie treated me with the utmost respect and privacy.
Josie helped me to try look at alternatives but unfortunately I had to stop my studies indefinitely.

I was treated fairly and very respectfully

I only have the utmost respect for Josie and I can only give the best review possible to the Learning Cloud Online School.

I finished studying Veterinary Assistant and am now studying Veterinary Assistant 2 at the moment after this I will be doing veterinary assistant 3 I have enjoyed the content and looking forward to finishing these courses so I can move onto the equine courses well done with all the support and information provided Jenny and the team thank you I am really enjoying my courses would recommend this to others.

Alisha from customer service was instrument in my decision to sign up for a few short courses on Learning Cloud. Originally I had sought courses from a couple of other establishments, though was left disappointed from their lack of variety, poor performance from staff assistance, rigid studying schedule and lack of care/time towards prospective students.

I’m currently undergoing a change to my career and withdrew from my degree. These short courses will help me decide exactly what degree I want to enrol in, in the future and the completed certificates will help me obtain a new position in the interim.

Alisha helped me extensively and went well beyond her position requirements to offer me the best customer service I believe I’ve had. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, passionate about her job and very friendly. She bundled several different subjects together for me in the one course to suit my individual needs. I called back a month later to make some changes to my information and she even remembered me straight away.

I think Learning Cloud is really lucky to have her as their employee and she is the reason I decided to study with this organisation. Thank you very kindly Alisha!

I love the variety of courses you have and the flexibility of them and the fact that you can pay them off. The only gripe I would have is that there are typos in the info which makes the company seem slightly unprofessional, so it would be good to have someone go through them. Also some things seem "lifted" like the medical writing course referring to the FDA which is in the US. The other thing is that there is not as much depth as I would like in feedback/results but the course content is very good and it probably varies from course to course. There are a lot of niche courses which you wouldn't find anywhere else like journalling and digital scrap booking. :) I would reduce the price of the 24 hour courses to attract more students...overall a very good company!

I would not recommend this course to anyone!!!!!
It is a waste of time and I haven't learnt anything. Thankfully since I want to be a successful florist I am working alongside a real florist getting hands on experience where I am actually learning things. Yes she pushes me and challenges me but I am enjoying it way more than this course.
The learning cloud rep sent me photos of her friend who completed the course but it was nothing like the actual course work.
Every time I start a new assignment I feel like I am butchering the flowers. What bride wants a fully wired bouquet.... All but one bouquet is each flower individually wired and put together. The one bouquet that isn't in the the most ugly plastic foam holder. Everything in this course is very old fashioned, and you would hardly if ever use any of the arrangements in your future.
Have had no support from learning cloud since I made my payment, which I now regret doing.
Look else where, wish I had known before signing up.

The support was amazing, I never felt like I couldn’t ask for help and the responses were very quick.
The online pages were easy to navigate which made the whole course easy to get through.

Learning Cloud is an excellent online distant educator!

The staff were really friendly and helpful while I was getting my qualifications, not only did they help me with my education but in all aspects of obtaining a career.

Deanne Piper from the Learning Cloud not only gives the best customer service that I have had for some years, she is passionate caring and has immense knowledge with the course subjects. She listens to what you are trying to do then she matches the courses with you to suit your needs. Deanne will think outside the box for you, she gets back to you when she says she will and then she goes above and beyond. I have loved dealing with her and the Learning Cloud. In fact it was because of Deanne that I chose to deal with the learning cloud, lets face it there are a lot of online courses that you can do these days. I went to five different online companies and none of them got back to me when they said they would. This is why I have given the review.

I am currently a college student and I have always wanted to learn how Graphic Design works because I am hoping to be working in that area as a job in the future. I was finding it really difficult to not find an affordable Graphic Design course online and that there was no Graphic Design course where I live. However, when I came across Learning Cloud Ireland's site, I knew that doing a Graphic Design Course on the site would be of benefit, I was so happy to be doing an actual Graphic Design which enabled me to learn new things based on Graphic Design.

My tutor Dee was absolutely great at marking my work really quickly after I finished each section and it gave me good motivation that I was able to work on the rest of the modules! She was honestly so supportive and friendly that I am so so glad she worked with me to progress to finishing the course.

Another best thing about the course is that you dont have to be doing the little projects straight away, its there when you are ready to do them. This was handy for me as a student as it is a hectic life trying to do everything as you possibly can but with this course, I was glad that it wasn't pushy in getting the projects done.

I recently completed the Certificate in Animal Psychology course through Learning Cloud. I found the course to be interesting, informative and relevant to my chosen field which is Animal Behaviour and Enrichment. My tutor, Deanna, was supportive and encouraging throughout, and always got back to my questions and assessments really quickly (often on the same day!). I loved being able to work through the course at my own pace, and was able to complete it much sooner than 12 months, which worked out perfectly for me. I loved the entire experience so much that I have now enrolled in Natural Health Care for Animals, and will be looking into the Zoology course after that. Thank you to all the staff at Learning Cloud!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. There was no part where I though it was boring or not relevant. Studying in my own time was a bonus as I am working as a groomer and have just started my own Pet Services Business. This course was rewarding and very relevant for my business. The faculty were very friendly and helpful and email were answered within the day.

I did research with other online courses and The Learing Cloud was the only one offering the type of study.I plan to further my studies with them.

It was a really interesting course and Dee was an encouraging and helpful tutor, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I could do it at my own pace and never felt pressured by external deadlines. The course material was clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated the friendly and prompt assistance from the administrative staff whenever I had questions about the interface for the course, which was really user friendly anyways. Signing up was really easy too thanks to Jasmine. I'd totally recommend it for anyone wanting to learn something new, whether it be to enhance a current job skill set, or get a good foundation understanding of a totally new area. I look forward to my further studies with Learningcloud.

I found Learning Cloud on the internet and actually received a few quotes from different online learning facilities. I chose this one because Deanne Piper was great to talk to and not to pushy, she explained everything and answered all my questions, and actually advised me of other courses. I was given time to think about what I wanted, and then when I got back to her she emailed me all the information and courses straight away, couldn’t ask for better service. The other thing I liked was I could do it in my own time as I work full time, this was a huge help as I could take the time to research the questions, which has helped me learn so much more than I thought I would. I found the course very interesting and shared dog facts around the office at my full time job they all loved it, I also recommended learning Cloud to a few people here. I will say you only get out of it what you put in, and if you put in 100% you will learn heaps.
