Kayleigh Doyle who I spoke to on the was very helpful and so easy to talk to and helped me with the process of starting the course and talking me through what the course intakes she made me feel very excited to start the course and she has been so helpful along the way with back and forth communication.

I enrolled in the Freelance Journalism Certificate course in June 2024. Distance learning, all done online with no pressure to meet in class or any specific deadlines. Ideal for someone with a busy schedule. Different payment plans available too. Everything was set up very easily over the phone and email by Daryl very efficiently. He was excellent from start to finish. Very clear with the outlay of the course and had answers for anything I asked. More recently I had a somewhat unusual request from the institute involving a letter to be personally written for me. Expecting to be waiting days or even weeks, Daryl had exactly what I was looking for back to me within a couple of hours. Top class service from him and would strongly recommend dealing with him to anyone.

To whom it may concern. I am enrolled in an online course which is a perfect fit for my lifestyle currently, there is no pressure placed on me and I am supported above what I expect. I attribute this to the organisation and specifically to the careers coach I first spoke to in the day she advised me wisely as to a suitable course to commit to. Not only was I advised well she has subsequently supported me in securing a job by giving me a glowing reference which was received by my new employer. I believe that this is because Filomena Kaguako gives of herself in an honest and caring way also she has proved to be both professional whilst maintaining a cheerful disposition. I am very blessed to have met her and to be part of the learning cloud team. It is a relief to have such interactions and I recommend Filomena and her organisation as people who are helpful and professional and cheerful in their ways. One final important thing to note is that Filomena and Learning cloud in general have supported me in a challenging time and Filomena especially helped me when I was in great need, not for money but out of a generous spirit and for free.

I was looking into doing an online course and came across Learning Cloud. I requested more information about the course and Filomena was so helpful and patient while I was deciding if it was right for me. She was always friendly and reassuring and is there to help through my course.

Darryl was incredibly helpful. Interested in what I was looking for and how the program might suit my needs. He gave me time and I never felt he was trying to sell me anything but rather help me get my needs met

Daryl was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed, I was a bit nervous about going back to college but after talking with daryl on the phone he put my mind at easy and explained about the exam process and how it was multiple choice answer for this particular course so no big long essays which for me suits very well because I have dyslexic and ADHD.
Also the classes are recorded so I am able to go back and look over them at anytime if my mind wonders and I miss something..
Also Daryl explained to me I don't have to attend the online classes live as they will be sent to me and I can look them later, being a mum of four my time management is based round them so this gives me the option to study when they are in school with no distractions. Another reason I chose to do this course with learning cloud was the payment options I can pay weekly and it doesn't need to be paid upfront.
I felt daryl was very genuine and I'm very grateful for his help getting me set up and excited about starting the course.

I did the Criminology course this year & it was very interesting. I loved it- & the assignments were very easy to understand. Daryl (learning cloud course advisor) was lovely to me & answered all of my questions- even towards new courses that I am looking into.
I would recommend anyone to take a course with Learning Cloud, especially a course you’re interested in & want to grow / pursue a career in!

I was researching for a different course for a friend and came across the course i am eager to do to upskill my existing skills within different areas of my career path. I was then contact by a wonderful helpful gentleman called Daryl whom was very helpful and had outstanding customer service skills and fantastic phone etiquette, this gentleman went through course content and gave me lots of information regarding how to pay for the course etc. I have now joined Learning cloud as a student and am so excited to begin my new educational journey within this education system 😊 Anyone is well capable of anything they put there mind too 🥰 Believe it Achieve it ❤️

Kayleigh made me feel so comfortable on the phone, she had a welcoming and great energy in the conversations we were having. Kayleigh gave me exactly the information I wanted while also encouraging me that this is something I am very interested for personal use. Overall an absolutely excellent experience!!!
