Very helpful staff who answered my queries fast and efficiently. I haven't yet begun studying but enrolment and getting up and running has been excellent from the helpfulness of LWE staff.

I bought the RHS Level 2 Horticulture course (unsupervised). The content is sparse and in places out of date. It doesn't cover everything in the syllabus. The final module was covered by one single lesson of 35 minutes which was nowhere near enough depth and detail to pass the exam. I had to teach myself most of this from books and other online sources. I complained about missing slides and content and was given a refund. However I still wouldn't recommend this if you are serious about doing this course to a professional level.

I have only just started the course so it's difficult to comment much. I have been messaged by the tutor of the gardening course .... she seems approachable and helpful ... and I'm working on my 1st assignment. I believe I will get feedback and ideas how to develop the garden.

There are a zillion online garden design webinars available, many free, many very high quality. I chose this one because, you know, Piet Oudolf! Magic.
Well, it's not magic. It's two guys walking around a garden and saying trite things about the plants they're looking at: These are spikes, these are trailers, these turn yellow in the autumn....For free, maybe. But to pay for this? Not thrilled. Not terrible either.

The course is very good but I had not understood the difference between paying the full fee to include feedback and the no feedback option. I would have taken the latter. I have not been able to see anyone else’s efforts or feedback as advertised. Nor have I been able to complete paintings within the timeframe. Perhaps a group Facebook page would be more successful.

Content and delivery was too repetitive for me.
I did not like the presenter sending me additional emails about other courses he was running with special offers to sign up. I raised with the LWE team and they were helpful and the offers stopped.

It's a good way of learning at a distance. I like being able to review videos again and again to check the demonstrations.
Useful tutor feedback which was always timely.
Small class so didn't really interact with members.

LWE are absolutely fabulous. Their early launched courses were already good, recently revamped they are terrific. Loads of background information, well laid out, brilliant tutors well filmed. And the tutor interaction is wonderful.

My course was only available almost 3 months after the original start date with patchy communication as to delays. Now that I have access to the course, I am frustrated with it. Explanations often aren't clear, sections are missing and the accompanying learning materials have poor grammar, missing words and broken links. Much of the guidance instructs you to view content online produced by other sites, which becomes more confusing when this content refers to topics or concepts that haven't been covered in the course. This was an expensive course and I feel let down by the quality and the delay, which affects when I will be able to take the exam. I've emailed but the response suggests they don't care.

I was very disappointed to pay 1600 euro for an expert level program, only to be told 2 days before the courses are supposed to start that I have to wait another month. Though I appreciate the honesty and transparency, I am wondering why this would not have been realised long before the program was to start? I appreciate the offer of a free course, but honestly it takes away from the legitimacy of your programs.

When I signed up the course was going to start in September. Now mid October it hasn’t started yet. Have had one email explaining why, but I think there should be more communication. I don’t like giving bad reviews. Hopefully when the course starts I will be able to change this

My mum was so looking forward to starting this in September, however, after having paid a lot of money for it, we can find no correspondence from learning with experts about why there are so many delays to the start of the course and what's going on. There is no way to contact them directly and it's all a bit rubbish really. If the end date is the same, but the start delayed by at least a month, then it just puts everyone at a disadvantage as they didn't get the course they signed up for and have to do the content in a shorter period of time- which doesn't help for people working full time. Some kind of compensation or even a proper explanation would be nice :/

RHS course due to start on 1st Sept, put back to 1st Oct with Learning with Experts saying it is bound to start sooner. Looked on 1st Oct. Date now says 31st Oct but no correspondence from LWE. No way to contact RHS to verify. Have paid a lot of money to do this course and have changed work hours to release me for a day to do the course but absolutely no faith now that this is going to start at all. I need this for my job.

I signed up for an online course and it hasn’t been delivered, two weeks after it was meant to start. Communication from Learning with Experts has largely been one way - me having to ask for updates. A disappointing start.

I took Rosso Emerald Crimson's "How to paint a stunning portrait expert edition". The class was very helpful to me and the staff at Learning with Experts were as well. I would recommend this to someone wanting a glimpse into other artists processes and how they get to their final completed works.
