Avoid!
Despite receiving confirmation that a refund would be issued in line with their terms and conditions by the end of November 2017 it still has not been received. In addition they do not answer even their sales line, return phone messages or respond to emails. Very disappointed by the poor customer service received so would not recommend. It has now been confirmed that refund was not completed as states in response.

Sorry to hear that on this occasion we have not reached the service standards expected of us. Unfortunately this transaction did not complete and we were not aware of this until you contacted us. We have found that our phone lines are very busy at peak times but we do always aim to answer each call as soon as possible. We have taken your comments on board and will be increasing phone support during busy times from now on.

Taken a level psychology and have since enrolled also onto a level sociology and biology. Would never use anywhere else!

Completed my Maths Level 2 course with …
Completed my Maths Level 2 course with Learn Now within 6 weeks. Certificate arrived the week after. I have now been accepted onto my college course and would have struggled without my Maths Level 2 certificate. Would definitely use them again.

A level physics course
Enrolled on A level physics and now received my grade after sitting my exams. I have achieved the grade A which was required for Uni and this Would not of happened without the help of my tutor. He spent a lot of time going through my assignments with me and lots of past papers so thank you Learn Now!

Enrolled on Maths Level 2 because I …
Enrolled on Maths Level 2 because I didn't complete this at school and always regretted it. In all honestly I didn't think I was going to be able to complete this course as I failed the first few units but my Tutor kept coming back to me with help and eventually I got through it.
Now I just feel proud because although this is nothing to some people, it is a big achievement to me.
