When I first signed up I was not pleased. Every time someone called it was a different person, no consistency in the help. Finally I worked with one person to the end. My only criticism is that it took more than two years to finally cancel my contract with the developer. The cost for this service is very high and I have about six more payments to Leave Timeshare to finish payments.
Leave Timeshare made me feel comfortable by showing some excellent reviews from customers. This has not been my experience at all. For $18,000.00 I got nothing but emails and phone calls of how to contact the developer and notifications of "filings" on my behalf. It has been a year now and the developer and their debt collection agency are still sending missed payment reports in on my credit. No help from Leave Timeshare at all.
We were skeptical at first because we had heard horror stories. Leave Timeshare proved those fears wrong. They kept thorough documentation, gave clear instructions, and never left us guessing. We’re finally done with our timeshare!

The process was really smooth all the way through. Even though everything happened quickly, the staff made sure we knew what was happening and what would come next.
