Bought a smart watch wore it a few times after 3 months stopped work8ng and the battery wont charge or turn on. Reached out to them and I was pretty much told sorry good luck.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your watch.

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we also provide a 30-day coverage window for watches that are damaged after purchase. Because issues outside of that period are often related to wear or accidental damage, we offer customers the option to purchase a 1-year extended protection plan for $20, which helps cover situations like this.

When you contacted us, the watch was already outside of the coverage period, and the extended protection had not been added to the order. Even so, we still offered to send you a brand new replacement unit at 50% off the original price as a courtesy, but the offer was declined.

We always try to help our customers whenever possible and remain happy to assist if you decide you’d like to move forward with the discounted replacement.

Great Customer Service

I bought a watch to replace the one I had. It charged the first time and then never again. I worked with customer service, specifically Noah. He was kind, patient, helpful and patient. He is sending me a replacement watch. I appreciate his help very much! Thank you, Noah!

My Watch Wouldn't Charge

My Watch that I bought several years ago stopped charging. It wasn't the cable... I bought a new one to be sure.

Since my watch was no longer available Customer Service decided to let me purchase a new one for 50% off. That was way more thsn I expected. I was more than happy with this solution to my problem since I was going to buy a new one anyway.

This was the best Customer Service I've ever receied!

Really happy with the watch I ordered

Really happy with the watch I ordered. Yes It took a little while to be delivered but for 79.99 and does everything my Apple Watch and Fitbit can do.

Scam artists

Scam artists. I returned the watch I purchased and they won't even admit receiving it despite my tracking number showing it arrived, nevermind giving me my money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

Took forever to receive my order

Took forever to receive my order. A few days after receiving the watch separated. I reached out via email immediately to be dragged along sending pictures to them stalling pass return date. I WILL NEVER order anything else from this company that doesn't stand behind there products. Back to Fitbit I go and stay. They do stand behind their products for a whole year.

The watch I ordered was nothing like the watch I received. The said I could return it (at my expense) subject to a restocking fee. I returned the item and they never responded to my request for a refund.

I ordered a watch band on March 8th and…

I ordered a watch band on March 8th and after numerous emails I had to contact PayPal for a refund. The scam is they issue a USPS tracking number but never submit the item to USPS for actual shipping. PayPal was initially fooled too by the phony tracking number. This company is a total scam so buyer beware. The favorable reviews are all part of the group of scammers and the way they operate. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I made an order on December 11th

I made an order on December 11th. At the moment (December 20), I have not even received the track number. Nobody answered my email.
Apparently, I will have to contact the bank.
