This is an odd review to write
This is an odd review to write. I actually received the wrong item and ended up ordering from elsewhere. However the service I received from Connor in sorting out why I had received the wrong product, arranging for it to be collected and refunded deserves a 5* review.

No problem with product. Only flaw was that I was unable to track delivery.

Very good customer service.
The prompt action I received from LED Direct was fantastic.
I only received half of my order - which they rectified immediately - but it wasn’t the item I ordered from the website.
So, I’m happy with the service I received- but this item should be removed from the website, as it seems the company no longer produce the item in question.

We have dealt with LED Direct a couple of times now - both times they have been excellent. The delivery has always been next day. The products that are supplied have always been quality.

Great service
Great service even when things go wrong. Ordered a led panel it arrived broken most likely by the courier, I explained that I had a deadline and could not wait for the next one to arrive they refunded the money instantly. I will most definitely use them in the future.
