Had an issue with the item I purchased being out of stock, James gave me a really good deal on a different light and completely saved the day, this is the store too shop if you need any such item. The best customer service for this particular type of shop by a country mile.

Great customer care
Ordered a mars hydro light late Thursday online, spoke with a chap on the Friday to wieery on delivery times, he told me to expect it on the weekend, which I thought was fast, but didn't turn up. Late on the Sunday with no prompt I had a email to day sorry for the delay and would sort me out a free gift. 2 days later I received the mars hydro light aswell as a free Karma stealth light, thank you very much James I was expecting stickers or something
