LED Outfitters Avis 

Ordered on a thursday, paid $56 for 2 day shipping, still not here, called for assistance, they asked my order number, 5 minutes of silence, then he put me on hold, asked the last 4 digits of my CC, more silence, then told me that it would be shipping that day (monday) and it would arrive within 24 hours. When I told him the situation, he said it takes 24 hours to process. i told him that it still should have been shipped out, as i ordered it at 4PM on thursday, well before they closed for the day, so it should have been shipped on friday by that logic.

I have placed 2 separate orders, the first, they paid for 1 lb shipping which left me to pay extra postage from usps on arrival-Paypal disputed and money back for extra shipping. 2nd order, same thing, paid for not enough shipping, and they sent me the wrong handheld siren with no install instructions, so when I called (4th time they actually answered)they advise they don't have a copy they could send me and tried to talk me through install instructions. Luckily another company (that sells the same product for cheaper btw under their label) sent me a copy the same day I emailed them and explained the situation. I am in the market for more products, but will pay more from a reputable company that delivers what they say they will.

STAY AWAY-Buyer beware

We ordered a light, it didn't fit and so we asked about sending it back. Sent it back in their 14 day time requirement and now they refuse to even talk to me about the order. They answer their phone about 10% of the time and when they do they tell me to email them about it. I've emailed, I've called, I've contacted the BBB and I intend to let the entire world know that this company is AWFUL and do NOT do business with them. At this point I've given them $275 that I will never get back. The positive reviews HAVE to be fake- there's simply no way that they jive with my experience. They people are thieves. They're rude and really bad at customer service. Please, spend your money elsewhere.

Very poor customer service, do not stand behind their warranties, Have had bad modules in my light bar 2 years after it was purchased, was promised repeatedly replacement modules but never received them. I even paid for one replacement in hopes of being able to get my light bar of my workbench and back on my truck but still no module, numerous contacts and promises of shipment but never sent. Did not even honor request from the New York BBB. would not exchange bar even while it was under warranty.

Ordered my Mini light bar two days ago. 1/27/2016 Recieved it today. Works great and extremely bright. Couldn't be happier!!! 👍 Thank you LED...

Worst people we have ever delt with. Will not warranty anything, even if you bought the 5 year warranty like we did. Have been trying for 6 months to resolve a seemingly minor issue of failed lighting modules with no progress. Multipule e-mails and phone calls do nothing. Save your money and go with Code 3 products. Google them and you wont find bbb reviews in the first 5 results. This company's service is just horrible.

The guy that answers the phone tells you what you want to hear and hangs up. You never end up getting anywhere. Wish I lived closer I'd like to meet him in person.

They were out of the one I orders and sent me one that was too big. I sent it back wanting a refund or the one I ordered. Too date .. .no light ... no money. Now I'm suppose to contact a manger. BULL ... just send me the light I ordered or my money.

The service was great! The light bar arrived quicker than they had estimated. The power cord was a little short for my extended cab p/u, but I was able to lengthen it easy enough. Very bright too

Had the lights in the box unopened for a month or so before I got a chance to put them on my truck. I had forgotten that I ordered the lights for a ford ranger & then changed my mind and bought a ford F150. When I called to see if I could exchange them for a larger size to fit my new truck, I was told that I only had 14 days to return them........ So now I am out the $$$$ for the light bar I purchased from you & I have to order a new one. ( i won't purchase it from LED outfitters that's for sure!!!!!)

The Led lights I purchased are awesome, I was using just red lights but the red/white combo are extremely brighter.

I highly recommend LED Outfitters, they have great products for great prices.

Led outfitters is a great shop they have all the lights you need by a good place for cheap and have great shopping won't go anywhere else

The light were great I would buy from them again when I get my next truck.
