I looked through almost every shop I could find online.Some take days to reply, others are simply overpriced.This shop stood out for how quickly they responded and how well they understand their products. Overall, a very positive experience. I'd happily return if I decide to buy again
The product is an absolute joke. The material is cheap the "realism" is a complete lie and it arrived looking like a second hand toy that had been damaged. They bait you with fake professional photos to pay hundreds for a piece of trash that goes in a bin.

This review is not from a genuine customer. This individual contacted us directly demanding $500 to remove negative reviews, threatening to continue posting if we did not pay. We have screenshots of these messages and have reported this to Trustpilot. We do not respond to blackmail.
Leeloo Dolls says their payment method is secure, but that's totally false. I paid via PayPal, and after they got the money, they said they hadn't received it. Same thing happened with Google Pay. They kept saying no payment was received.
This is super shady. They act like they'll never send the order, even when payment companies prove otherwise.
Don't risk it. Please, avoid any advance payments to them.

The doll was completely different in reality than how it looked in their website.

Good experience straight forward easy to customise your order
The model looks way better in person than in the photos which is always a nice surprise. I spent a while comparing different shops before ordering, prices, what they had available, how easy the site was to use etc. Happy I went with these guys. Definitely the right call.
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. They answered all my questions, provided loads of photos and videos, and helped me choose right doll. Special thanks to Alex, who spent a month patiently answering my endless questions. Sorry again for all the questions, buying a doll was something completely new to me, I didn't have a clue about any of it. I would definitely recommend Leeloo without hesitation.
