Completely disappointed. Purchased a saddle bag purse and within a week, the strap broke at the connection on the purse. Was offered a replacement but had to wait several weeks. Same thing happened again. Had it repaired myself for 40 dollars and soon after, the other strap broke…. Another 40 dollars. Contacted the company and was told that they were aware of a defect in manufacturing. The connection point on the purse literally looked like it was made out of paper. Was promised something for my trouble and after numerous emails back and forth, I never received anything. Very disappointed.

I needed a belt to go with a snap-on buckle, and I needed it in a hurry for an upcoming event ("someone" had accidentally ordered the wrong size from another company). In searching for a local company that could deliver quickly, I found Mark at Lee River Leather.

Over the phone, Mark assured me I could call to the workshop on my way to the event. He then explained how to measure correctly for the online order, and made a few more helpful suggestions.

My husband (who the belt was for) went into the workshop to collect it, and Mark measured him there and said he'd need a slightly different size. Mark punched the holes in a new blank right there, adapting them to suit the buckle we had.
