We would highly recommend Tom
We would highly recommend Tom. We have used his services a few times and he never disappoints.
From start to finish he has provided us with a 5* outstanding service. We are buying our first home with not alot of knowledge, he was like our guardian angel throughout our process of finding the perfect first home for us, and we would not have got to where we are if it wasn't for Tom's knowledgeable advice and expertise help. He went that extra mile, and definitely saved us from making a few costly mistakes.
We have never had such an amazing service, in this particular industry we noticed that money is at the top of everyone's list in this house buying industry and sadly they don't seem to care much for there customers anymore, but with Tom he really does care for his customers, and we saw this throughout our whole process, from the surveys, discussing issues over the phone and explaining everything in a way for us to understand in great detail and writing up the reports, everything was excellent.
And if you reading this Tom many thanks again for providing us with such a fantastic service.

Highly recommended
From the first phone call through to the valuation visit, Tom was extremely polite, efficient and a consummate professional. His telephone manner puts you at ease in comparison to some of his competitors who were like talking to a machine. He managed to fit me in to his schedule with less than a weeks notice where others were asking me to wait months. During the site inspection he was kitted out in PPE, clearly knew exactly what he had to see, measure etc and was in and out of the property in under twenty minutes. His valuation arrived by 9am the following morning. I would have no problem recommending Tom to anyone needing a surveyor
