LeFlair - AN ABSOLUTE SCAN
This "shop" in London with the story of the english couple selling up is an absolute scam, I eventually got the shoes and tops after 3 weeks of waiting and they are rubbish. Not worth the "Sale" price never mind the "Full" price that is advertised on Facebook. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as they are contravening every product quality statement in the book. The shoes are NOT Ortho standard - this is just to lure you in to buy them. Absolutely impossible to return them too.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
They are pretending to be based in London but they are based in China!! Please do not purchase anything from them as it’s a scam. The goods aren’t fit for purpose and you can only get a refund if you send the goods back to china via track and trace. The cost for the postage is very expensive. I have reported the company to trading standards and I would encourage everyone else to do the same!
It is advisable to avoid using Le Flair…
It is advisable to avoid using Le Flair due to concerns regarding its legitimacy. I have experienced issues with my order, as I have not yet received the item. Their communication indicates that there will be a delay in delivery, but I remain sceptical about whether I will receive the item.
Are you bl…y kidding me?
Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Most unhelpful customer service ever, slow response is putting it mildly. Ordered an item, took forever to arrive. When it finally did my first thought was someone is having me on, it does not even remotely resemble the picture on the website, the fit is awful, the materials used are cheap shite to say the very least. As it was shipped from China the notion of sweatshops spring to mind. Having said that, try and return an item! Couldn’t be more complicated, first of all finding a return form on their website is like negotiating spaghetti junction. Then trying to find an address to send things to, not on your nelly. Apparently one has to email said customer support, and I use this word lightly, ask for permission to return the item and obtain an address, presumably also somewhere in China to return the item to, all at your own expense. Should this path not be followed you can kiss your refund goodbye. Because I sent the item to the wrong address, nobody wants to know or help. But, I have been offered a generous 10% refund, though needless to say it doesn’t even cover the postage. Do yourselves a favour, don’t buy anything from them, chances are it’s rubbish, of low quality and it won’t fit anyway. The lesson to be learned here is, don’t buy anything from vendors that advertise on social media, you are very likely to get stitched up.
It's a scam
I made a mistake, it's a scam, please don't buy anything from leflair.
"Avoid this company at all costs
"Avoid this company at all costs! They claim to be based in London, UK, but it turns out they're shipping from China. I bought boots that feel like cardboard and are really poor quality. Returning them is a nightmare, as I have to send them back to China, which will cost me around half the original price. Lost £45 and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Terrible experience!"
Do not buy items from Le Flair.
Do not buy items from Le Flair.
I purchased a jumper, which did not suit. When I asked for their returns information, I did not receive a reply so posted it to the returns address stated on the parcel, which was in Southall. They refuse to refund my money as they say I should have returned it to an address in China. The item was sent by tracked post. These guys are crooks.
Not genuine shop closure as lead to believe
Thought it was a genuine London company, told my order was on it's way but now emails state there's a delay and to be a bit more patient. I ordered a pair of shoes but after reading other reviews and knowing that items are now being shipped from China, I'm expecting either poor quality or not to receive them at all!
Blazers…
I ordered 2 blazers from this company thinking it was a London based company that was closing down. I then saw other companies showing the exact same goods with the same story. Realising then it was a scam I tried to cancel. I was told that the goods were on the way and that I could return them if I was not satisfied. They arrived and are awful. I was told I could return them but have been given an address in China and have to use a Track and Trace. Still waiting for a return form they said was attached.
Scam - don't order
My so called Darla pain relieving loafers arrived from China after I was led to believe they were coming from a London company leflair.co.uk. Very disappointed - do not look like those advertised on the website. Not comfortable, made from poor quality cheap materials. It says Le Flair is closing down and was established in 1999 and has a picture of Margaret, Robert & children who originally set up the company - you wonder if they know the scam now operating as I and others have found out. Like others I realise there is no point in trying to get ones money refunded but I hope word gets round so others are not conned out of their money.
This is a SCAM!
Total Scam. Avoid. I ordered a jumper believing that this was from a UK address. It arrived and was poor quality and not what I wanted. there is a UK return address on the package. But their returns policy makes it clear that you have to return to an address in China at your own expense using track and trace. I have no faith that I would ever get my money back. I feel very stupid. I should have checked Trust Pilot first.
Cheap rip off merchants - AVOID
Total scam. Cheap clothes that look nothing like the photos. I was also conned by an Instagram post and thought this was a company in London. It’s not. They’re in China and if you want to return anything you have to pay for shipping there, minimum €20. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order within 24 hours, even though their ‘policy’ says you can. Total rip off, avoid avoid avoid.
BEWARE SCAM
BEWARE SCAM
This company is a scam. They even use TrustPilot on their website to say they have a rating of 4.7. which is clearly fraudulent. Claim they are in London but ship from China. I was conned via Instagram. Says on their website you can cancel within 24hrs...of course no-one responds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
