As a leaseholder I feel I like I know what is happening at my block and where the funds are going. Not just once a year when the invoice is raised but regularly. Keep it up.

Seamless Coordination and Outstanding Service
Great help from Legacy Block Management in assisting us with the external decoration works on our blocks. Our estate has 4 blocks, with 30 flats in each. So a modest size development. The painting was never done since it was built 15 years ago. We appointment Legacy towards end of last year and they have already managed to do through the consultation process, collected funds and arranged the major works. It was definitely a handful job, coordinating with all leaseholders and tenants.
Legacy made it seem easy. Can't wait to get started on the internal decoration works now. Thank you again.

Thanks to Claire for sending the management pack to my solicitors the same day. Our solicitors forgot to ask for this pack from the agents and as we were about the complete the buyers asked for the pack. Claire at Legacy understood our situation and sent out a detailed pack the same day. Thank you so much!
