Thanks to Charlotte, LWP made what I thought was a daunting legal process a straightforward one instead. Charlotte’s attention to detail, her experienced handling of my probate application, led to a fairly prompt issue of the Grant of Probate. For that, I have so much gratitude because it eased the distress of bereavement after my mum’s death.

From start to finish they’ve were absolutely fantastic at putting my mind at ease, every aspect of my case was explained in detail and nothing was ever too much! Very speedy responses too. I used an online service to find specialist Probate solicitors, following the death of my mother and one of the ones who responded was Legacy, Wills and Probate. Their quote was reasonable - not the cheapest, but far from the most expensive. I also had a very informative conversation with one of their partners, which gave me the confidence to entrust the necessary work to them. All requested documents were sent to their office in early November and about three weeks later I received an email to confirm that probate on my late mum’s estate had been granted and requesting settlement of the account. Unfortunately, the ongoing postal dispute delayed my receipt of the Probate documentation, however that was clearly not the fault of LWP. Their service, for me, was efficient and the cost reasonable. I would be happy to use them in the future for additional services that they offer.

I was dealt with by Charlotte who was very professional and had everything I needed to know at my feet. I am very happy with how much she worked with me and got me to where I needed to be with my will much appreciated.
