Worst service ever, itne gande log hai ki paise le lete hai aur gayab ho jate hai. GST ke liye mujhe kai followups lene pad rahe h. Prachi, Neha, Orgoh sab jhute hai. bahut pareshan kiya hai mujhe in logo ne. Paise leke gayab hogaye hai aur jawab bhi nahi dete hai.

लीगल भारत सर्विस एक धोखाधड़ी (फ्रॉड) ऐप है।
इसने मेरा साढ़े तीन हज़ार रुपये ले लिया, लेकिन न तो मेरा बेसिक लाइसेंस बनाया, न सेंट्रल, न ही स्टेट—कोई भी काम पूरा नहीं किया।
पैसा हड़प कर सिर्फ़ धोखा दिया।
इसलिए कोई भी व्यक्ति इस ऐप से किसी भी तरह का काम कराने से पहले हज़ार बार सोच ले, तभी इस ऐप पर भरोसा करे।
यह पूरी तरह से फ्रॉड और बेईमानी है।

A Mixed Experience
Legal Bharat Services can be a bit confusing. There are 3–4 associates who all say they’re handling the work, and you’re left wondering who exactly is in charge. Some people genuinely want to help, while a few just seem to want a little more of your money.
My license registration was almost complete when I was forwarded to the revert team. However, a lady named Megha called me from another number, claiming she was part of this team. She said the government had rejected my application because it wasn’t registered under the correct category, something I felt they should have known in the first place. She then said they would need to transfer the application and asked for another ₹3,000/-, even though I had already paid over ₹3,000/-.
Thankfully, a lady from the revert team called me directly and told me not to accept calls from anyone else but her. I’m still waiting for the issue to be sorted.
Overall, it’s a mixed review from me—there are good people in the system, and there are others.

These guys are fraud
These guys are fraud. Never call on normal no. Always call on wats app. I have shared all the documents as requested and paid 874 Rs. After that's they came back to us stating that they have received the query and need additional document with additional fee. They should have asked all the documents in one go. Moreover, while checking the Fassai status on gov portal I can not see any query raised. Would not suggest to go with these guys.

Extremely Slow and Unprofessional Service
I had one of the worst experiences with this company. The process took far longer than promised, with repeated delays and no proper updates. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. Their communication is poor, timelines are not respected, and overall the service feels careless. They seriously need to improve transparency, speed, and professionalism. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and timely process.Extremely disappointing. They asked me to leave a positive review before even completing my work. This is unprofessional and shows a lack of integrity. The process was slow, with poor communication and unnecessary delays. I felt pressured and wasted my time. A service provider should focus on delivering results first, not chasing reviews.
