I apologize that we weren't able to process your order.

Due to the nature of the hemp industry, we encounter a significant number of fraudulent credit card transactions. As a result, our payment processor requires us to follow strict verification policies, including shipping orders only to the cardholder's billing address.

Please understand that this isn't a reflection on you as a customer, and it's not that we don't want your business. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, even when a customer is completely legitimate, as doing so could put our merchant account at risk.

To help prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business, we simply require that the shipping address match the billing address associated with the payment method used.

If you ever get this sorted out feel free to reach out and we will take care of you on our end.
