Legiit has always been a go to place to get services done by experts you can trust. With such a large amount of services, there is always something that makes my life easier. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I have been working as a Freelance Content Writer on Legiit. Having a good experience with the Support and the Ordering Procedure was easy for my client and it was easier for me to Deliver and attach files! Really great marketplace for both Outsourcers and Freelancers. Other marketplaces charges 20% + commissions per orders but Legiit only takes 15% . REALLY GREAT 😃

About their customers support I have tried testing them and I have got reply just within a minute every single time. Not only reply but queries solved within 3-5 minutes.

I have purchased once and there is nothing special compared to the other notorious F... as you find the same freelancers everywhere.

The main downside is you never get a reply from a seller on this site. I don't know whether the seller is not responding or the platform is blocking it, however, it has become a big hindrance to my buying.

This is a serious issue that affects platform owners as well as the buyers.

I am your customer and not a competitor who is trying to tarnish your brand. Plus, you can get my identity details through Trustpilot. Please focus on the message rather than the messenger if you're truly interested in improving the brand from customer reviews.

I am investing my time to help you with my honest feedback that may help you improve. It is disappointing to see your reply saying that I haven't used your platform for three years, I am not sure if I used your platform that long ago. I am going to send relevant screenshots to Trustpilot showing my recent experience where I don't get a reply from your sellers.

Note: I just logged into my account to get some screen captures for Trustpilot:
Under Messages > Services, it says last I messaged some sellers "2 weeks ago". Still no replies.

As a reputed business, you could have been honest and responsible in your reply rather than trying to mislead the readers that I am a bot or purposely trying to discredit your brand - that's not the case here.

I don't think I have the energy to argue any further, but I can only say that the below message is not true:

"In that account you made zero purchases, and sent a total of 4 messages, 3 of which got a reply.

I understand that it is frustrating to not get a 100% reply rate, and we will address that with the 1 freelancer that did not reply to you... however what you said was "you never get a reply from a seller on this site." which is proven to be false."

In public, you're arguing with me to prove that my account received replies from sellers, which is not true. I believe you're looking at someone else's account.

If you have found my account, you should have sent an email on this subject by now instead of continuing to deny my review. So far, I haven't received anything. Instead, you're asking me to initiate the communication, which proves that you haven't found my account.

Please put all your efforts into fixing an issue on your platform rather than wasting your time denying it in public.

Legiit is Bar none the best freelancing platform that exists. I am both a buyer and a seller on Legiit and have been a member since 2018. The customer support is unrivalled and is always there to respond to any questions no matter what time of the day I contact them. I have found them to be very fair and impartial when dealing with issues. The CEO himself Chris is very approachable which is also very rare for someone in his position when running a multi-million dollar company (where else do you have access directly to the CEO?!) I would have no hesitation to recommend Legiit to anyone no matter what country they are from as it is simply a first class trustworthy company I am proud to be a part of.

I've used Legiit for the last 3 months and it has completely changed the way my agency manages how we outsource certain tasks. While Fiverr is not directly the same, I can only compare it to that platform and I find Legiit is far superior based on the level of customer service and selection of cost effective solutions. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

I want to talk to you about one thing, when you don't have that many clients, then why do you charge so much for promotion from the seller and also you have not written that there is no guarantee for this will you get orders or not, I spent 100+ dollars on your platform and I did not get any results, my money was taken and my time was waste.

I've used Legiit since it was launched as a buyer, seller and as an Affiliate. The platform just gets better and better over time. The owners really care about the platform and are fair for both buyers and sellers.

It's not one-sided like other freelance marketplaces.

They recently started vetting services on the platform to ensure it's not full of the same low quality services like other marketplaces.

Great alternative to the big ones. Used it a fair bit and found some excellent services. I wish this platform grows, so we can get a good alternative to fiverr.

when contacted them they are not responding to my message.

I'm a buyer and lost 27$ on my account.

Legiit is a marketplace where both the clients and the sellers are being protected from malicious people and their problems are being taken care of - this was a big surprise to me as a seller who had bad experience with scammers in the past on some other marketplaces. The Staff is always polite and responds fast. My biggest compliments to the person in charge of everything - Chris M. Walker. Browse through his FB profile for a start and you'll understand why people like him. A workaholic that invests all of his time and knowledge to make the marketplace better and safer for all users. I like how SEO professionals have been networked into the marketplace in such a way that you can actually learn stuff just by browsing around the marketplace and Chris's FB profile.
