Always such great customer service from What Leila Loves. Sadly I had to return some items as they were too big and used Royal Mail 48hr tracked service. There were problems with the parcel being delivered but when I contacted Ella at Customer Service she was great at sorting out the problem and ensured that I got my refund. This is just one example as to how the company goes above and beyond lots of other retailers.
