I would say, it's worth a try
I had an issue with my order being cancelled after using a promotional code for taking a survey. Customer support couldn't help me and I was getting frustrated. After several messages back and forth, the issue was escalated higher up and my order was approved and the issue was resolved. I am a 1st time customer, on the recommendation of my sister, who uses the lemme products. What could have been a really bad experience was turned around and I am happy to say I received my items. The website needs much improvement, but customer service is always as helpful as they can be and very friendly. I didn't realize what a HUGE discount was applied to my order! I would say, the frustration and wait was worth it and if I can get my account to behave, I will probably order again soon

My order 9434650899563172235032 was not delivered after it was stated that it was, when I contacted lemme support I assured them it wasn’t delivered, no one could’ve received it on my behalf and the address was correct lemme support did not reach out to me anymore so the next day I contacted them again stating I would rather have a refund on the product that was not delivered since no one will reach out to me and they still never contacted me back.
