Lendify Associates Avis 9

I've never reached out this company in my life but they repeatedly spam me with loan offers despite being told to leave me alone multiple times. Looking into filing a harassment suit against them. Hope everyone working at this sham rots in hell.

I never had to deal with a company as rude and forceful as lendify. They wanted everything done right then and there no matter what they were like vultures that haven’t eaten in months. If you wanted read the contract they would get an attitude and abruptly tell you it’s not necessary. No way will I do business with this company.

Got a notice in the mail about pre approval then called to see about debt consolidation. Not sure how they supposedly got my whole SS
number but wanted me to verify it so they could pull a soft credit report. Got denied even though I have good credit. That is ok, but my concern is that they had my SS # already and that I may be compromised now. Be very cautious when these offers come in the mail.

My first phone called resulted in an argument when I told them about there rating of 2.7 from representative named Harold Carter with an accent. he asked me also about a security Clearance at my Job. Pulled a soft credit and said that they would email me with offers. I asked if they were a direct Lender or Broker and Harold said they are associated with several Lenders and are a LENDER as well. Not Impressed!!! with the initial.

Not a loan company. It is a debt resolution company. Very deceitful in their marketing as they do not mention this anywhere on the paperwork or when you first call them. Do not use them unless you are close to needing to file bankruptcy.

They are a debt resolution company, they present themselves as a loan company. I asked up front if they were and was told, no that they aren't a debt resolution company! Complete lie.
They ask questions that have nothing to do with normal lending procedures.
They asked about security clearance at my job, does my job require a certain credit score...what does that have to do with a loan?
I pay ALL of my bills on time, I was just looking to roll some things together.
The fake, I have good news and bad news lol then they start in on the you can put money into an account and we pay for you.
They have no intention of doing a loan. Very unprofessional and seem a bit scammy!!!
Don't waste your time.
The way it was handled seemed so off that I froze my credit reports immediately after getting off the phone. The deserve a zero.

Did not even get past the interview. The guy had no idea about finance. Felt he had to argue a ten year charge off and a disputed 75 dollar recent one that was challenged and inaccurate. Have a good credit score and collateral real estate. Had no idea my education or investment level. If you want to talk to a wannabe Gordon Gecko who watched David Goggins yet does not do the grind. THIS is your company.

Beware of Lendify.

I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience with both Lendify and Clarity Debt Resolutions, as I believe transparency and honesty are crucial in financial dealings, and they had neither.

I had several conversations with Levi, an associate from Lendify, who initially seemed helpful and thorough. However, despite reiterating key aspects of their program, he failed to disclose a critical piece of information: I would be required to stop paying on all of my accounts so as to be eligible for settlement. As someone who takes great pride in paying my debts on time and in full, this omission felt purposeful and was deeply concerning.

To make matters worse, Levi referred me to Syd at Clarity Debt Resolutions without providing any further clarity on this requirement. It wasn’t until I reviewed the fine print that I discovered this important detail. When I raised the issue with Syd, he became defensive and proceeded to argue that the credit card companies were taking advantage, that the cards were stacked against them, offering a perspective that was much more like a us (customers) vs. them (lenders). While Syd might not be completely wrong, I think it's a faulty premise as I signed up and used the credit cards which I believe were more transparent than Lendify and Clarity.

While I understand that debt resolution can be a valid option for many, and I’m not opposed to that process in principle, the lack of honesty and transparency from both Levi and Syd is unacceptable. Had I been fully informed from the outset, I would have made a more informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled and frustrated and lost several hours of time.

Although settling debts can lead to improvements in credit scores over time, the long-term consequences—such as having a history of defaulted payments—were completely skirted over, that of course wouldn't help their narrative of getting me to sign up as a client.

Based on the lack of critical information and the misleading nature of these interactions and losing hours because of it, I give these companies a 1 star.
