The 5-day grace period on the monthly…
The 5-day grace period on the monthly loan payments is very tight. I have tried several times to get Lending One to expand the grace period to 10 days or 15 days, but to no avail.
I am conducting a search to identify another lender
has a more expanded grace period.

DSCR Refi: Quick and painless

Most disorganized refinance I’ve ever…
Most disorganized refinance I’ve ever been a part of. Received numerous requests for the same information, which was provided every time. Had to move the closing date 3 times and, even after receiving the ‘clear to close’ and signing all the docs was notified that there were more missing documents and the loans couldn’t be funded. Total disaster.
