I ordered some pants and never got them am never order anything from there sit they send you a fake tracking and a 2nd fake update of your purchase but you will never receive anything.

I placed an order with Lenvoir on 11/9/2025 after they advertised delivery within 3–7 days via FedEx. As of 12/10/2025, I still had not received anything. The tracking number they provided (SJHSD18746196YQ) did not update or show valid information through any legitimate carrier.

When I contacted Lenvoir, the reply I received was generic, unhelpful, and did not address the missing package at all. They simply told me the order was “out for delivery” and asked me to keep checking a link that doesn’t show any real tracking details. No clear answers, no real support, and no resolution.

After looking into the company further, I found multiple negative reviews, reports of undelivered orders, and concerns about the legitimacy of their tracking system. I wish I had known this before purchasing.

At this point, I cannot recommend Lenvoir.
Communication is poor, delivery promises are not met, and the overall experience feels unreliable.

I am currently seeking a refund through my payment provider.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve experienced and I recommend No one purchasing from these scam artists. I’ve ordered back in Oct and still yet to see my work pants and they won’t respond cause they are using a false email. Do not get gotten like me and don’t get yaws money stolen. Yes they got me and I’m doin all my research to figure out who and where they are to make sure this never happens to any other customer out there. Please do not waste yaws time and make sure these ppl pay and repay all the other ppl they have scammed in the PAST!!!

Ordered a camo set from their tik tot shop waiting over a month for it to come in from china. The tracking number they gave me moved like a snow turtle. Finally said it was delivers but never received the item. Tracking company won’t respond neither will the clothing company. It’s a scam and I’m out $36 .

Haven't received my purchase and this company tell you that you'll receive by Fed ex in 5-7 days it's a lie there's no phone number to try to talk to them

complete scam, I figured it was when I bought and it turns out the are stay away

never received my package. Talked to my post-lady she said the tracking number is not a real tracking. Tried emailing with no response.

Ordered pants from this company and never received them they aren't even responding to my emails, this company is a complete fraud dont buy from them they will take your money and not send you the product, fraud scam, dont buy from them dont buy from them.

Scam
Ordered pants in October received shipping information from china. I have not received any confirmation from my postal service, ups, or FedEx. Shipping says product has been at the sorting center in my town for the past week. No customer service can’t pull the order back up. 40 days.

I ordered some pants and after 31 days I still didn’t get them. They sent me a email saying that it was delivered. I didn’t get any response back. SCAMMER
