we have just had a reconditioned…
we have just had a reconditioned straight stair lift installed and it it brilliant for my wife who has mobility issues.After contacting the company they attended within a few days,carried out a survey were very transparent with the cost and all the back up available also.We agreed the cost of installation,and the whole installation was carried out a few day's later.
All went smoothy and all the staff were great and friendly.We would highly recommend this company,friendly,competent,on time,no problems,brilliant.

Excellent service and product.
We have had a great experience with Leodis from start to finish. From my 1st phone call all the staff have been great and helpful and not at all pushy. Came out to give a very good quote and not over priced. Installed the next day without any issues. 24hr telephone number if we have any issues. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

My Sister needed a stairlift urgently, and Leodis were brilliant from start to finish!
The care they give, and understanding of needs, is first class ....from staff on the phone, fitters, and service staff.
My Sister had her first annual service today. Shaun was the service engineer. He rang to confirm time on the morning. My elderly Sister, said he was a lovely, respectful, kind and caring lad.
She complimented the care and aftercare, and Shaun said he'd worked for Leodis for 5 years, and the lovely family firm are great to work for.
She prefers to pay cash, and paid Shaun the correct money. He noticed she had given him £10 too much, and he explained that, saying two £10 notes were sticking together. He gave her the extra £10 back, and she was very impressed at Shaun's honesty.

From ringing and speaking to Jodie at 9.30pm in the evening, who was extremely informative (an assett to your company) and helpful to Dave who came & measured up and took time to tell us everything we needed to know about the stairlift. The very polite young man who installed the stairlift did a great job and talked through with my parents how to operate the stairlift.
We cannot fault the service you provided, my Dad is very happy with his purchase. Keep doing what you do, your staff are a credit to your company.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone requiring a stairlift.

I saw an advert for Leodis stairlifts…
I saw an advert for Leodis stairlifts and asked them to quote,I arranged a visit/consultation and it was a Friday at tea time however they arrived exactly as arranged,They measured up and gave a price and held it for 30 days,Once i placed the order they came and fitted within a matter of days.
The lift is for my Mother who has early onset diementia and at first it was a bit confusing for her and the engineer came out and gave her trainning again on it and so far so good.
i found the whole experiance very proffessional,i was impressed by the no pressure quote and also impressed by there customer support service and 24/7 cover.

Excellent service, phoned to arrange for someone to quote for a stairlift they came 2 days later on the Friday and fitted on the Monday.
Connor our fitter was very helpful, cleaned up after himself he explained everything to us can’t fault them

My stairlift was installed quickly
Very pleased with my stairlift. The initial visit from Allan Richardson and the fitting by Connor were very courteous and professional. Although I do not use the stairlift all the time at present, it is a comfort to know it is there in case of need.

Rang on the 23rd Apr., ordered 24th delivered and fitted on the 27th. Ceri was good and knowledgeable
and help full so we ordered. Fitted by Ryan who was very good at his job (very narrow staircase ) . Unfortunately
a fault appeared on Monday they were out to it in 3hours
,problem solved and back in use and has been okay since.Very happy with attitude of all staff we have spoken to all very pleasant.
