The product is great, but the delivery was unusual. It was marked as delivered when it hadn't been, likely due to PDO not following my provided delivery instructions.

Excellent personal communication, immediate remedy to shipment problem, timely receipt of replaced item.

Before purchasing I needed additional information regarding the ingredients due to strict dietary restrictions. I was promptly provided with this along with advice as to the most suitable edible options based on our criteria. I was also advised to add any particular instructions in the notes section when ordering..

The Kensington store where I placed the order promptly dispatched my order in a secure package labelled “fragile” which I really appreciated as I was concerned they may arrive damaged...

...It was ordered for a special occasion (my wife’s 50th). They are her favourite chocs from our days in London but as we have moved away from the city and there are no outlets close to us where we can just walk in and pick up a selection, the service provided was even more precious..

As yet the presents are unopened but all the same “Thank You Leonidas Kensington”

The chocolates themselves though unfortunately did not seem as good as I remember them having not bought any for a few years. Don’t know if Leonidas have changed some of their recipes or if they just weren’t the freshest. Sorry

I ordered milk chocolate pralines and ended up with a box of dark liqueurs. Never again.

Discovered Leonidas Ballotin praline chocolates when I visited Antwerp in Belgium 2022 , this was after tasting many brands of chocolates in Belgium, these are so amazingly delicious!
A delightful purchase for Christmas,Birthday gift or personal treat…Beautifully presented in a gold ribboned box, each ballotin individually wrapped for total freshness.
I’ve purchased these on quite a few occasions, all my family & friends had a Wow moment when they tasted these Ballotin pralines.

Sent the wrong chocolates and when I emailed to ask for the correct ones or for a refund they would not do either. I would not reccomend.

We use to buy from another Leonidas supplier in London they seem to have gone! We switched to Leonidas Kensington and so glad we did! They arrived within two days and fresh good quality Leonidas chocolates as they should be will definitely buy from here again..........
