Kimchi pot, coleslaw and Thai green curry - all tasty and very much enjoyed.

Leon has lost its way. I have eaten there regularly for 6-7 years to take advantage of their healthy fast food. It is clear that the new owners (who also bought Asda) are now milking it for profit. The quality as deteriorated, the menu is limited and less healthy and the service is poor. Avoid from now on.

Closed the toilet to customers customers they should provide as a restaurant

Just been to Leon @ north road Brighton for the first and last time ordered a Korean spiced wrap £6.98 received a partially warmed bland tasteless thing which consisted of more wrap then anything else Total crap food , even the McDonalds wraps are far better ,AVOID

I went to a branch near Holborn, London. It's quite small with limited seating (and the tables weren't very clean). Disappointingly it only took card payment and the price of a small tea, £2.70, was outrageous. That must be Leon's standard price.
I only went there because of long queues at Greggs nearby (small tea @ £1.15) - and they normally say Thank you. There's also a nearby McDonald's (tea @ £1) but I forgot about it.
Sadly, this time, Leon can't be recommended.

Just had a great Dahl meal at a service station. Also bought hot chocolate. Much too sweet. I would rather choose whether to add my own sugar

The food isn’t bad but they’ve gone over to making you order by screen rather than asking a member of staff. This is much slower and horribly impersonal. I stopped using Itsu when they went over to screens and now I’ll stop using Leon. Shame but there you are

Bad behaviour of the Leon worker at Hanover square.
We are gathering every week several times at Leon to work remotely. Drinking, eating and spending lots of money. Today we arrived there again and just sat and opened the laptops and an Indian guy who works there told us we can't stay if we are not buying anything. we said we will but give us a few minutes to settle. but no he was telling us it is not allowed if you are not buying anything even if we say we are regular customers. He was very rude and we had to leave. any way we had plenty of alternatives but it was very disappointing.

We decided to eat at Leon.
The man serving us is called Elijah.
We would just like to say what a lovely, pleasant, friendly, smiley, helpful person he is.
He couldn't do enough for us.
If only all staff in food courts were as good as him!

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Mistakenly thought Leon had a good reputation as fast food outlet. However at Clackett Lane Eastbound Services the fish finger wrap was lukewarm. I'd been travelling for 4 hours & hungry & tired & nor wanting to complain. However, after several mouthfuls felt this was wrong. Apparently they are cooked & left heated & the salad & dressing makes them cooler but should be 64C . I make fish fingers sandwiches at-home & no way does salad& dressing make them warm/cold as they're hot to start with. I was offered another one however staff confirmed it would be made the same way. So manager came out & because I'd not complained within 10 mins there was nothing she would do. Ironically if I'd accepted the offer of a replacement, then complained I'd have got a refund. What a disgrace- first & last time at Leon.

I'm fortunate to have a Leon in my local petrol station in Tongham Farnham. Always have a banging breakfast there, my Too Good To Gos are always spot on, and yesterday my experience being served by Ronnie and Ben was perfect. Polite, helpful, informative and really friendly - great job guys, thank you. See you soooooon!

Went to Farringdon Leon this lunchtime, it was beautifully clean, the staff were friendly and hard working, Great, what is not to like?

Dear me!! I have one of your recipe books that l love but the breakfast l ordered at Leon on the M56 was really bad. The eggs were hard and rubbery, the beans were scraped from the side of the container and almost cold. I was so disappointed, especially as I'm trying to teach my partner to eat more wisely.
We shan't be going back to Leon any time soon!

What a disaster!! So excited to find Leon at service station on M5North at Tewkesbury... Ordered a sunshine squash salad as it's a firm favourite....
The squash was semi raw and 4 large chunks, main ingredient was 1 inch wide green cabbage and stalks, 2 inch wide red cabbage,little bit of red cabbage,5 chickpeas, couple of black eyed peas, several green lentils, two teaspoons dressing didn't identify quinoa.. it was inedible....... I wish I could include a photo.
To be fair the outlet is brand new..... Maybe just not up to speed. Definitely not up to standard.

I visited the Victoria station location at around 7am on a Friday. There was a full breakfast menu on display, and no mention of breakfast starting later. Despite this, I was told I could only order coffee and ‘breakfast didn’t start until 9am’.
This is an international travel hub. Lame. Also…false advertising

Don't bother, the drinks and meals are so tiny it isn't worth the money, it tastes revolting and chicken was tiny. I was even served pink meat which made me trust them less. More like they are putting you on a diet and ripping you off with price

Wasted £11.48. Tiny cold coffee, grey rubbery cold chicken burger, greasy rubbery potato things...unable to eat, never again
