Less stress mortgages company as their name says took the stress out of a complex situation. They took on my application, understood exactly the background and complexities with previous broker; the demystified the situation and got both mortgages offered within one month of Indian application. Paid 250£ for the service of getting a mortgage, James told me it looks ok and we can get a mortgage but after a couple of weeks no joy.
Then Helen said we can apply with Kent Reliance as everything looks ok but I have to pay Kent reliance 440£ admin fee to do the checks. Now it has been declined I was left with no explanation of why and 690£ spent.
