Virtual interior design services are also available nationwide. Our interior design services are tailored to homeowners and renters who want a beautiful, cohesive and highly personal home without making the design process overwhelming. Services include interior design consultations, space planning, furniture selection, lighting, color and paint consultation, rugs, window treatments, artwork and accessories, furniture layouts, sourcing, shopping lists, purchasing, styling and installation. Clients can work with Elfia Design Studio for anything from a single design consultation or one-room refresh to furnishing and designing an entire home. We can work with existing furniture and incorporate pieces a client already loves, source new furniture and décor, or create a completely new design direction from the ground up. Virtual interior design consultations are also available for clients who need professional guidance with furniture selections, room layouts, color palettes, lighting, styling or individual design decisions. In addition to residential interior design, Elfia Design Studio specializes in home staging for real estate throughout Orange County and Los Angeles. Services include owner-occupied home staging, vacant home staging, pre-listing consultations, furniture and accessory placement, styling and photo-ready preparation. Owner-occupied staging is a particular specialty. Rather than automatically replacing everything in a home, Elfia evaluates what can be edited, rearranged, restyled or supplemented to create a more polished and marketable presentation. Vacant properties can be fully staged with carefully selected rental furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories. Elfia Design Studio works with homeowners, renters, real estate agents, brokers and property investors throughout Southern California. Every project is approached individually, with an emphasis on creating interiors that feel sophisticated, inviting, functional and personal, whether the goal is to create a home you love living in or prepare a property to make a strong impression on potential buyers.

Elfia is fantastic!
She has a lovely design aesthetic, she does what she says she’ll do, she gets the job done and her pricing is very competitive.
We used her on our latest listing in Pasadena and received a 19% over ask offer the day after our first open house:)
I can’t recommend Let’s Stage Your Home and Elfia more highly.
I recently used Elfia Design Studio’s virtual interior design consultation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Elfia made the process seamless and easy to follow. She took the time to walk through my space virtually, assess my needs, and give me personalized advice on making the most of my existing furniture. She gave me a shopping list for affordable pieces that tied the whole look together, and her storage solutions were a game-changer! The best part was how Elfia captured my style while keeping everything within budget. I feel like I have a whole new space, and I never even had to leave my home. Highly recommend Elfia Design Studio!

Collaborating with Elfia has significantly elevated the presentation of my listings, making the properties more appealing to potential buyers. Her keen eye for design and making listing’s marketable consistently exceeded my expectations. I attribute a portion of my successful sales to her expertise in transforming spaces into marketable homes. I highly recommend Let’s Stage Your Home with Elfia to fellow real estate professionals seeking a top-notch staging partner.
You can't go wrong with Elfia, and her amazing sense of design! She did an outstanding job staging one of my listings and oh boy she defiantly exceeded our expectation, as the place looked 10X more appealing and sold within one week. Highly recommend her to everyone and she will be my to go to stager moving forward.
Elfia did a fantastic job staging my home! It looked very modern and classy with lots of accessories and small touches to make it look fully lived in. My home sold quickly, and her staging definitely helped! Highly recommend Elfia if you are looking to stage your home.
