Good delivery, Lewcose customer service seems good as they threw in a free cable and my daughter is really pleased with it so far. Much better than having to keep checking her phone to get her readings. I’m thinking of getting another one for us downstairs too.
It was really easy to order and arrived quickly. It also arrived with a longer cable which has been really useful. The glowcose itself was really easy to set up using the qr code provided for the instructions. So far it’s been working really well and it’s a really useful bit of technology, especially for my 9 year old who finds it easy to use the colours to see what his blood sugar levels are

I previously gave this a 1* review because I couldn't get it setup. Thanks to a very prompt reply from Paul @ Lewcose, we got it up and running on 27 Jan. What I saw in the 1st 24 hrs was great, clearly mimicking my actual BG and reflecting what was going on. Unfortunately Dexcom disconnected me after c.22 hrs - for a 2nd time. So now need to spk with Dexcom and get that sorted. Feels very much a Dexcom glitch. Tech can be frustrating! What I've seen with Glowcose, I like a lot.

I ordered this for my daughter who has had type 1 for 17 years. The extras added to the packaging, the little notes, were lovely, it felt like the first brand to be fun and caring, even on the address label, and thinking of the person receiving. She said the light was easy to set up and can use it at work where she can’t take her phone for alerts.

This is brilliant. My daughter works in a dental practise and can’t have her phone on show so this is ideal so everyone can keep an eye on her. She couldn’t connect at first so contacted the guy and he helped her through it and is now working!! Highly recommend this!! We’re in the UK and went through Lewcose.

I love being able to see my blood sugar level during the night without trying to find my phone in the dark. I had a bit of an issue with setting up and connecting to my libre but Paul came out to my home and sorted it very quickly. I would highly recommend this to anyone with T1. Excellent service and follow up.

I ordered two of the Glowcose units and the setup couldn't have been easier.
I set one to pull data from Nightscout and the other from Dexcom - both just as easy to setup and to start using them.
The communications from Lewcose has been fantastic.
Both were very well packaged, and delivery was very fast.
I now have a very useful non-intrusive way of keeping tabs on both my children's levels.
