Currently have a business cash advance from Liberis on my ebay store and paid of over 70% of it. Applied for additional funding to help with my business after I was sent a pre qualified offer. It was pretty much my last hope to try and improve my store and buy shelving for my inventory. But my application was not approved. Considering ive had my ebay store for 13 years and average over 2 grand in sales, Liberis couldn't provide me with the funding I really needed at the moment. I never recieved any email or notification why I was denied. I messaged customer service and told me they cant give a specific reason. I asked if my application could get manually reviewed and they said no. They just tell you to apply 3 months from now. Well I need help now thats why I applied for the funding. Just remember these companies dont value their customers and dont do a thorough application process for accepting and denying applicants who like myself, believe im qualified based on my credit and how long ive had ebay store. Almost 15 years and cant get help from a company who's supposed to be their for businesses small or big.

TL:DR Liberis breach their own contract terms regarding minimum monthly amounts.
Trustpilot's compliance rules cannot delete a statement that is backed up financial statements showing I paid the required monthly margin. Taken the matter up with local MP as these firms view themselves untouchable.

I thought Youlend were bad. Ebay partnered with these clowns and the basic premise is they forward you some money but put a huge charge on for doing so. Ok, nobody is being forced to accept . They take a percentage from your takings from your eBay balance. First red flag is they hold your money hostage (eBay facilitates this also ) until they take their cut . They don't take it every day , so your earnings from eBay may be stuck waiting on Liberis . They also charge the agreed percentage on postage so you end up paying more, percentage wise .

Second red flag is ebay being the cesspit it is experiences periods were unless you are peddling phone cases or other trinkets you will experience down periods where you don't make sales and my stuff is quite expensive.

What is Liberis' approach to this ? Send you an email after 5 days saying oh you have not made any sales . Then a couple of days later, basically threatening you with DMS debt recovery . Despite meeting and vastly going over their minimum payment requirements per month .

Liberis Limited is not authorized or regulated as a lender by the FCA. Which explains why they think they can behave like this. However there are several avenues for recourse.

Their 'merchant cash advance ' is a payday loan enforced by threats .

Do not use and the amount of fake reviews for these clowns on this is unreal .

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience.

When I applied, the company advertised that I would receive the funding within 24 hours. It has now been almost two weeks, and I still haven’t received any funds.

I urgently needed the money because essential business equipment had broken down. Due to this unacceptable delay, I have been forced to borrow from another company.

What makes the situation even more concerning is that my customer payments are already being paid into their account, yet they have still not released my funding. With no clear explanation, poor communication and no confirmed payment date, the whole experience has left me feeling as though I may have been misled.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. I expect an immediate explanation, confirmation of where my payments are being held, and a definite date for the release of my funds.
