Incompetent people doing a poor job, making basic mistakes. Unsatisfactory in the extreme. For a company that should focus on attention to details, you seem to have completely missed out on that day on the training course. Worst of all, you want to charge me £49 for a change that I could do in 10 seconds, adding 10 words.
Ambulance chasers.

Following the response, below, from Libertas, I did not choose a package. YOU OFFERED ME A FREE WILL! You never stated that it couldn't be reviewed and amended. At £4.90 a word, you can keep your crappy will and service. Nothing but a scam! AVOID THESE COWBOYS!

Alyssa helped me understand that it was not a scam call. She reassured me and promised that an email would be sent to me notifying me of the new changes the company was implementing. The email came. The only disappointment was that the company did not communicate in advance. Overally, I am satisfied with Libertas.

Very helpful staff however I found having a paper copy of the forms a bit antiquated but after speaking to them I did get offered an electronic version.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Libertas when they drew up my will . They were polite, professional and informative and the standard of customer service was excellent. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We were one of the first to do ours completely on line and there seemed to be a few parts that not transferred correctly. When I contacted them though they were very helpful and told us the work around. When it came it had a minor detail missing so return which they then amended and got back to us quickly. Overall a good experience and would recommend.
