They are strict. They don’t really help people that need it. They’re are better options that actually care about your situation. Don’t waste your time.

Im not understanding how they have such sorry reviews! My credit was not so bad in 2018 but I had an eviction on my credit report (i broke my lease). I found out about liberty rent through a complex I originally applied for. YES YOU PAY 35 dollars for an application fee. YES WHAT EVER YOUR RENT IS YOU’LL PAY THAT ONE DANG TIME TO LIBERTY RENT. WHAT THE BIG DEAL!!???????? Complaining about a service willing to help you get a place of your own . NOTHING IS FREE! Im so glad i found them! The stress of trying to find a place at that time was relieved. Thank you liberty rent for your services. Even thought your requirements changed since then.

Don’t deal with liberty rent they keep on telling me to send them my paystubs I have sent it several times I’m so over them they better refund my $35 that I was promised back

If I could give this service 0 stars, I absolutely would!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. It was great that they were able to gain me access to an apartment, but I shouldn’t have had issues to get in to begin with. I was dire at the time and obviously didn’t read the wording close enough because my $2000 deposit is apparently non refundable. How the F$&@, and I mean this in the absolute crappiest way, is that acceptable?? Whatever place it is, don’t move forward with the company and complex because this company is a sham.

We make 4 times the rent never been evicted credit score over 600 but was dined a apartment but could get approval though liberty rent which smells a little fishy I’ve never heard of this company before but it the actual actions they want you to pay them one month rent as a fee to get approved plus pay whatever fees to actually move into the apartment complex to them

This is definitely a predatory service that takes one months rent payment to place an “approval” stamp on the same application that was denied. that one months rent doesn’t go towards anything. And doesn’t benefit the renter in any capacity. What happens is this company assumes the “risk” so the apartment isn’t involved in collecting the debt from a renter that’s been evicted.

LibertyRent.com is nothing more than a predatory service that asks questions ( possible discrimination ) type questions a property can not.

This company digs deep into your finances and exposes consumer financial records on they're own network.

Removing rights and laws that govern this type of interaction within the fair housing laws.

Company has been around since corporate started buying up communities nationwide. 2014

This company does not help the consumer. It helps those that separate put low income in a complete other part of town.

This is why after almost none years there has been no other Post on trustpilot. Not one??

I checked Google reviews and LibertyRent has a team that hides Google reviews.

Although the reviews are still seen by the reviewer. Just not available to others to see on Google.

It's called ghosting and is when Google allows those that pay to play to hide reviews.

LibertyRent.com is just another corporate discrimination tool and one of the lowest forms of peaceful living in America.

This will probably get worse before it gets better.

Why?

It's not like my congressman, mayor, governor or anyone in housing will ever read this.

They probably will never be in this situation?

Proceed with caution and don't be afraid to hold others accountable for violating your rights.
