very cute bag, fits my daily stuff without any struggle.

I purchased a bag advertised as luxury leather. I was extremely disappointed to note it was plastic. I have emailed the company requesting a refund -unfortunately this has been met with silence. Understand buyer beware, but mis-selling shout be outed!

Poor quality, poor service. Still waiting for my refund. The worst customer service ever. No phone number all done via email & had to pay to return item. Appalling.

These are not real leather they state they are vegan leather made with no animal product. All man made material.

The bag looks really clean and simple but still stands out somehow. I’ve been using it for work and casual days and it just works for both. The strap sits comfortably and doesn’t slide off my shoulder which I love. Shipping took around 4 days and everything came in good condition.

Bought this as a gift and it worked out well. The quality looks good and doesn’t feel cheap. Shipping was smooth and support helped me with a small address change.

The quality feels better than I expected for the price. The leather texture feels nice and the hardware feels solid too. I’ve gotten a couple compliments already which is always a good sign. It arrived in about 5 days with no issues.

I love their bags; sooo comfortable to carry around and really goes with my outfits too!

The bag I purchased is NOT real leather, even though it is advertised as soft LEATHER! Over priced. I would not buy again and I certainly wouldn't recommend.

Ordered one of their bags and it's nowhere near what they describe. They guarantee 100% refund if you are unhappy and yet won't let me return the bag!
Do not trust this company!!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. They use Speed X delivery- no bag delivered, no person to talk to as Speed X, no satisfaction from Libra Cases, no refund. Scammers...

I cried when I opened the parcel containing my luxury leather bag and found a PVC, cheap, nasty bag inside. Certainly not 'luxury leather' and on their website their definition of leather is a load of cobblers. This so called vegan leather may be kind to animals but its manufacture is toxic to the environment.
Too embarrassed to be seen out with this tacky bag so it will have to go to the charity shop or local jumble sale.
I feel so disappointed and saddened by this scam particularly as I bought it as a birthday present for myself from my late husband who recently died.
If anyone knows a way to warn others of this awful company and their scam please let me know.

In February, I purchased the 3-piece set in purple-red; received it and was the wrong color. Requested correct color and a prepaid shipping label to return the product. "Emily" responded immediately that she would take care of it. Fast forward to today (3/31): still no product or label. Checking with my credit card company to get refund. Product is ok quality but not great. Don't purchase from them!

Don’t try to return anything, they make it very difficult and draw out the process with one sentence replies in emails. Horrible customer service.

This bag looks small but it holds alot more than expected. Been using it daily and it still keeps its shape. Delivery was on time and updates were consistent. Leather feels nice and no weird smell

Scam company claim to be luxury leather but cheap made in china rubbish also claim to do free returns but they get out of that by having a small print of no returns for sale items. Well their items are in the sale 100% of the time. You will get better quality in Primark do not buy from this company

Picked this up as a gift and it turned out better than expected. Looks well made and doesn’t feel cheap. Arrived a bit earlier then expected. She liked the size and uses it daily now

After ordering I sent a message to support to ask a simple question. Got a reply, saying what can I help you with? I responded with the same question got a reply for that saying what can I help you with? It’s almost as if there’s nobody manning the support line.
