I tried to cancel my order than I had just placed and got no response. $30.49 posted from my account and yet I’ve not recieved my order or a shipment confirmation. Can I get some assistance please

After my previous review for the order no.13459, we received the first answers with apologies and good promises for a refund. After providing the requested details for the refund, no more news, no money recovered. We asked twice if all was fine and if they had all the details needed, and once more, silence for now already two weeks. We need answers and the money back! It was not a cheap purchase and was one year ago

Update on the 19/12/2024: yesterday finally we got the refund. I think their main problem is a lack in communication, but if they could have more people dedicated to it, they would improve a lot. They have been fair and I appreciate it, that is why I wanted to let you know and improve the previous rating I gave.

LibroWorld is so easy to deal with! I mistakenly ordered 2 copies of the same book on a very large order. I realized it only when checking the receipt after the order was placed and being filled. I sent a request to LibroWorld to see if it was possible to correct the order, and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY, and issued the refund the same day! This is just one example of many that I've had with this company in which they have provided OUTSTANDING customer service that is so rare in today's world! LibroWorld is AWESOME!!!!
