Good service
The suggestions provided were great (even though I had already tried them but they didn't know that) I also appreciated that a step to test the issue on their own was initiated by the customer service agent without me having to ask. I just wish the response was faster.

I have used Libsyn's support several times now (cuz I'm not that computer literate!), and every time I've reached out to them they have been amazingly helpful, fast, kind, and patient in their delivery of the help I've needed. I've never once been disappointed with Libsyn's support/assistance!

Why would you host your podcast anywhere else?
I'm a big fan of Libsyn. They make everything about podcast hosting so easy, while still allowing all the complicated things. (Most of them are pretty easy, too.) To top that off, their customer support is effective, efficient, and friendly. Why would you host your podcast anywhere else?

Says that they post them to platforms but weeks later when I check the platforms, they arnt there. So they arnt actually sharing them.
