Don't order, it's a scam. I took an Adobe licence with licence Lodge in december 2025. I had multiple problems during 7 months with refresh of the licence every weeks, and a lot of times with no access to my apps. Adobe system was flagging all their licences. So they changed the system, and show us a guide how to crack the app with an activation tool (they assure you it's legal but I don't believe it at all), all of this to finally end with a licence that doesn't work at all since august and no answer from the support since then.

Adobe Creative Cloud locks you out of the apps regularly, contacts support and they add you to yet another groups to access the apps, very frustrating when you’re trying to work on a project, clearly this isn’t ligit access, support responsive initially but that soon stops. Avoid.

BE CAREFUL! In my experience, this appears to be fraudulent and the licence provided does not seem to be legitimate. I contacted Adobe directly regarding this issue.
The Adobe licence provided by LicenceLodge would expire every few days. Each time, LicenceLodge would provide a replacement licence, but exactly the same problem kept happening. Eventually, they were unable to provide a permanent solution.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They completely fail to fulfill their obligations.

I purchased a one-year Adobe Creative Cloud license from them, and the problems started almost immediately. I constantly had to contact their customer support. Each time, they would transfer me to another department, but my access would be blocked again within a day or two. Their support team only gave me canned responses and never actually resolved the issue.
Now I've been without access for over a week. They have stopped responding altogether and are openly treating me with complete disregard.
I can't do my work because of them, and I deeply regret ever doing business with this company.
NEVER, DO YOU HEAR ME, NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES.
This is a company that takes your money and then treats you terribly instead of providing the service you paid for.

Purchased the adobe license a few months back, Iost count how many times they provided me with a none legit school account. Now it seems they have disolved, UTTER SCAMMERS.

Terrible; got Adobe Creative Cloud, which had a problem every 1-2 weeks. Would get added to a new account only for the same thing to happen. They then told me they had a workaround which involved downloading an illegal crack to crack the software. Don't use this company, they clearly can't offer legit licences.

OK I guess, still waiting for my Auto CAD to probably work.

Personal is the educational version. They made it right in the end with a lot of back and forth. Make sure you get the commercial version if you don't want watermarks.

Within 24hrs l was up and running with my software.
It so easy to use, I’ve never used this type of CAD program before, but with assistance of YouTube I’ve drawn my first drawing. It’s so cheap I bought a second license for my laptop.

Fabulous. I needed a copy of Autocad to help understand a problem. Searching on line for various options, my choices were limited. I do not like having to pay a monthly maintenance fee for programs.

Luckily License Lodge had a yearly subscription that I took advantage of. Obtaining the download was not clear to me (that might be a me issue), but their help desk assisted me in the download and I am up and running. I am grateful for their assistance.

When I had questions the support team were very prompt and helpful with their advice to remedy the query.

My experience with this started well. I purchased the adobe CC annual all apps package. However, one or two early issues - revoked access etc - became a lot more frequent. They are relatively responsive when there are issues and I normally will get back up and running relatively quickly but it's all seems a bit off - the account gets revoked due to 'adobe audits'. It's happened twice to me TODAY. They offer to set up a new email account or another workaround to get around it, or set up new profiles. It has given me access to the apps, but it's NOT reliable. If i was in a session with clients, I would NOT want to be using this. It makes me nervous thinking back to earlier sessions where I was with clients and was using this - and what would have happened if access has suddenly been cut, like it has for me just now in the middle of an edit. Very frustrating, would be a NOT recommend.

Their support services are second to none with almost immediate responses to emails and timely resolutions to any issues that may arise.
