I purchased a license of the MS Office Pro Plus 2019, and initial had issues installing it, but David helped me through the installation process. Then I got a replacement laptop, and again, David helped me with the process. David has been a great resource and the very definition of what customer service is all about.

Not only did I get a GREAT PRICE on GROUPON for MICROSOFT OFFICE LTSC PRO PLUS 2024 but I also had the BEST TECH customer service!
David, from Licensetom.com support team, helped me work through several problems with my laptop in order to install the software. He sent excellent instructions in a very responsive manner.
Super happy that the program works and I am able to retrieve the dozens of files I needed.

Microsoft Failure
I suddenly found that my Microsoft software had expired. I contacted License Tom and he immediately set about helping me with my problem. He sentme details to follow and toHe was patient with me as I am an 83 year old senior with very little technical abilities. I am grateful that he stuck with me until my problem was resolved and that I was up and running in due time. I only wish everyone that I've had to deal with were as kind, committed and, of course, knowledgeable. Grateful
