We were buying our first house, and it was an absolute pleasure to go through this experience with Tetiana and her team at Lider Portugal!

The whole team is incredibly professional and supported us every step of the way, even with the smallest details. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We could reach out with any questions or concerns, and they were always there to reassure us when we were overthinking things or point out anything we should pay special attention to.

Everything went so smoothly from the very beginning! We simply shared the houses and locations we liked, and the team arranged six viewings in a single day, one after another. They even drove us all the way from Lisbon to Caldas da Rainha! What we especially appreciated was that they helped us evaluate each property from a bigger perspective, considering not just the house itself but also the surrounding area, infrastructure, and other important details.

By the end of that very first day, we already knew which house we wanted and made an offer right away! From there, it took us around two months to sign the CPCV and complete the purchase, which was surprisingly fast.

Another huge plus is that Lider Portugal works closely with a mortgage brokerage team, who were also incredibly helpful. Having everything connected made the whole process much easier, as we didn’t have to look for a separate mortgage broker ourselves.
